The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, so much that we did not want to leave. It was spacious despite what some of the reviews said..had gorgeous window balconies overlooking the streets, a wonderful fragrance as you entered, plush carpets, music playing, comfy slippers and robes and a welcome note. Cleanliness was exceptional. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in and the sheets felt luxurious. And the bathroom...again well decorated and exceptionally clean. I thoroughly enjoyed having a bath although it could do with a non slip mat due to the curve.

Only small things...a non slip mat for the bath and perhaps a second chair at the table.

What a fantastic hotel!!! My husband and I had an exceptional stay at Grand Pigalle: Amazing, bright + romantic room ( suite sous les toits) with wonderful views of the Sacré-Coeur and surrounding area, beautiful design, spacious bathroom, all very clean, super comfy bed AND: the staff at this hotel is absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to make these 5 days in Paris a truly wonderful and memorable experience. Nothing, it was perfect.

love the design- super cozy interior / love the vibes and soft light in the reception and dried flowers at the entrance / it smells amazing once you enter the hotel and Frenchie restaurant was INCREDIBLE! Staff were so kind and welcoming and they were super helpful especially traveling with a newborn. I recommend breakfast room service for a relaxing morning in : coffee with milk and croissant!! delicious!

the room was a little bit small for a couple who likes to shop and wants to bring more than 2 pieces of luggage xD

The room was cute, receptionist was very friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The bed was comfortable, clean towels every morning, chocolate on the bed.

Breakfast wasn’t included like mentioned on the booking website, the room was a little bit too small for us even though we had selected the bigger option. We had also selected a room that was supposed to have a nice view, but ended up getting a room with a view of a wall of another building which was a little disappointing. We payed for breakfast and I ordered a coffee that I never received so we just ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes. Still had to pay for everything at checkout even though I didn’t receive what I ordered

A beautiful and quirky hotel in the heart of the Moulin Rouge district, with Montmartre on your doorstep and the loveliest cafes and shops around. The location is perfect and the interior of the rooms is beautiful and very Paris-like. Although we were on our feet virtually all day long, we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this place to sleep every night. :) Thank you Grand Pigalle!

Only if need to find something negative, the insulation isn’t that great so could hear a lot of noise in corridor from other guests but it can easily just be loud guests who weren’t considerate enough when used public areas

This is now my go to hotel to stay in Paris. The location is great, off the main strip of Pigalle but so close to wander up to Montmartre or down to SoPi. The staff are fantastic, always friendly and helpful and the 24 hour concierge is a great service. The beds are close to the best Ive slept in across Paris and the rooms are excellent, great layout, size and really well equipped. Finally, their restaurant Frenchie should be on everyone's list to eat at.

I would prefer a bigger safe, especially one that can hold a 13" laptop. The wireless timeout timing is a bit annoying

The staff at the Grand Pigalle were amazing- they went above and beyond. They were able to provide us with a travel cot for our daughter, give directions and borrow us umbrellas. The hotel is chic, and comfortable. The rooms are a tad small, but we made it work with luggage and our toddler. The restaurant beneath the hotel was delicious. The location was great and so close to the metro!

We loved our stay at Grand Pigalle! The room had so many lovely touches (e.g. French jazz playing on the stereo, bottled cocktails in the mini bar, plug adaptors, etc), was beautifully decorated and very clean and modern. The bed was big and very comfy, as were the towels. The bathroom had everything we could possibly need (hairdryer, face cloths, lovely shower products) and was also beautifully tiled. The staff were lovely and very responsive to anything we needed at any hour. The location was also brilliant - on a lovely street and very easy to get around, close to Gard du Nord & Pigalle metro.

The room was lovely but very cosy; it wasn't really big enough for 2 large suitcases and we were often stepping over them - but we spent most of the time outside of the hotel anyway so this didn't really matter, especially for just a few days. In future we would definitely stay at Grand Pigalle again, but book a larger room.

It's a great fun hotel in a great location, close to the main strip to wander but far enough to be out of the main tourist spot. Its really comfortable, wonderful bed, excellent hot shower and the staff are always happy and helpful. Finally the restaurant, great for breakfast but DO NOT miss a dinner experience there.

There were a few small things: The safe was too small for me to fit my 13" laptop which was a worry. The shower leaks onto the floor so each morning the bath mat is half soaked. The WiFi consistently times your connection out even in the middle of using it
