The hotel it's self was very nice and cute. Small elevator but two people fits in it. We love our small room and AC were amazing when outside was +29C. Hotel and rooms very clean and in good location

BREAKFAST - not worth it to buy it as nobody cares about you! It's almost always been empty, we been in many places and tried breakfast almost in all hotels we been, but I never seen such a small options of food for such a big amount of people coming every morning.... The employees as well doesn't care .. it says that breakfast untill 10 but 8 o'clock there not much to choose already ... We were really disappointed.

The front desk staff were stellar! Special mention to Kevin, Lina and Jen (abbreviated name as we cannot pronounce it). Breakfast was great with good amount of selection except for 1 day out of our 4-night stay - there were “slim pickings” - less than usual variety. Breakfast staff were also nice except for 1 lady who never smiled and made us feel she’s discriminatory. Bedroom cleaning staff also great!

The place totally met our expectations. Although we read some reviews that the rooms were small, ours (room for 2) was actually quite a normal size and met our needs. The whole place looked clean and well maintained. The location was also convenient as we had nearby access to several metro stations and were 30-40 minutes away from the main attractions of Paris and Rock en Seine (which was the subject of our visit). I'd say it's a great value for money.

The location is great: 5 minutes from public transportation, 30 minute-walk from the Eiffel Tower. The price is very affordable. The breakfast is somewhat limited but still has a lot of local food. The rooms are cozy but tiny (we were prepared for that, so we booked three rooms for our party)

The lady who tends the breakfast on the weekdays is very rude, to the point that our kids were afraid of going to the breakfast. The elevator is slow and tiny. Good luck fitting your bags or a stroller there. Although that's very common in Paris.

There's free tea, coffee, water and cake at the first floor as well as a reasonably priced little bar. Staff was very friendly, offered me to chose between several rooms and explained the differences got a very calm room facing the court rather than the busy street.

All you can eat breakfast. Lovely clean white sheets and every day bed made and fresh towels in bathroom. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Manager extremely helpful sorting out a technical issue promptly. Liked the tea/coffee bar downstairs. Really close to where my daughter lives so very convenient.

Rather unpleasant smell in the bathroom seemed to come from toilet but not so bad with seat down and bathroom door shut. Lift always seemed to be in use so used the stairs most of the time.

super friendly receptionists (males, by the way, there is young lady could be the same smiley and friendly like the other guys). location is perfect, everything is close or in case if u need to get for sightseeing it’s possible to walk to enjoy the view. Coffee and tea corner is so cozy

the last day of staying dining area wasn’t organized like usually, lady in charge wasn’t pay attention to it. but it didn’t destroy my opinion generally

The staff at the receptionist were friendly and helpful - from recommending food nearby, helpingwith printing to booking a taxi. The location is great, close to different metro stations that bring you to different parts of Paris. There were multiplesupermarkets nearby, including a Carrefour that closes at 10pm from Monday to Friday. The breakfast is rather basic but nice.

The room is rather small and basic. The bathroom wall has molds.

I came to Paris to attend IFTM TopResa and it was in walking distance every morning. The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing! I will definitely be back next year

Please just to make sure that bottled water is in the room daily. The lift needs a little maintenance as one morning i waited about 10minutes but all good.

Check in was easy, room had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the metro station. I enjoyed the breakfast both days, great selection of food and drinks and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
