Easy to find, nice courtyard, friendly staff. There’s everything you need as a solo Traveller, doesn’t matter the occasion (business / leisure). The rooms are a little dated, but everything’s sparkling clean and well maintained. I was especially surprised by the quality of the bathroom which is unusual in France. very clean 👍. I had switched to this hotel because I had a horrible experience somewhere else, so this hotel felt like heaven to me in comparison.

I only struggled a bit with the AC because it seemed like I couldn’t change the temperature no matter which setting I went for. But the most important thing is that it worked because it was 37 degrees outside so I was SO happy about the room! They should think about getting a new lift (ascenseur) as it’s terribly slow 😂. but it worked.

Beds are super comfy— basic, very small room but it contained everything I needed for a week’s stay. At first glance I wasn’t thrilled with the neighborhood as it was far away from the center of the City but there was 3 Metro stations in about 1/2 mile, plus a train station, and tons of buses. The closet Metro station was 1/2 block away (with big cafes on 3 corners of the intersection) and just 2 quick stops to a major transfer station, so getting all around the City was super easy and with a week transportation card, it was totally economical! By the end of the first day, I was glad to live in a regular neighborhood, with everyday people, and enjoyed walking around examine the stores and cafes that are popular with them. I felt like I was actually living there. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff as I usually left by noon and back at 8:00 or later. But they were always friendly and helpful the few times I did interact with them.

Well, a swimming pool and hot tub would have been nice after all the walking I did. On the rooftop? With a bar?

Location close to metro and in a nice area with restaurants, bakeries, supermarket etc. Nice staff. Free water and coffee round the clock in the lobby. Small and quirky hotel. Big bath and plenty of hot water. Towels changed every day if you want. Comfy bed. Cute garden out the back with picnic tables. Room had big windows which fully opened with railings behind. Nice to open them wide and get the night air. Room also had air con.

Carpet in the room needs to be renewed - it is old and has stains in it. But beyond that, the hotel was great.

1. The lighting and brightness of the lights excellent, with good beaming to reading/working table. So no straining of eyes when reading text or using laptop. 2. Provision of electric kettle to make tea or coffee. 3. Air conditioning good (not loud when fan is turned on). 4. Bathroom towels adequate and very clean. 5. Sanitizers and soap very good. 6. It was a quiet room indeed.

1. All TV channels are set to french language. No channels in English - especially international news channels such as BBC, CNN, Aljazeera, etc, and at least one movie channel in english too. It was frustrating to have the TV switched off since there was no channel streaming in english language. 2. Carpet in corridor needs more cleaning to improve aesthetics.

The hotels location was perfect for us. Very close to Convention metro, nice restaurants and we walked everyday to Eiffel and Seine. The room was small but had everything we needed, the breakfast was good and staff lovely and helpful. The hotel has a nice garden where we could sit and enjoy the sun, flowers and trees.

Great location and safe, walkable distance to Eiffel tower, suitable for girls or family to stay. Many cafe and restaurants surrounded. Three supermarkets are just next to the hotel. Microwave oven and coffee machine at the lobby are free to use. Room is clean and comfortable. The smell of baking bread is your alarm to wake you up to have a wonderful morning. Staff are nice and helpful, always keeping smile on their face.

Air conditioner is still turned off in April, so the room is not ventilated very well.

Beds were comfortable, and it’s a good place to stay if you won’t be in the room all day! It has a TV, although it could do with some English channels 😊

The rooms were small, I’m a tiny person so it wasn’t a big problem, but I would imagine someone taller and bigger would have an issue particularly in the bathroom! There was no lift in the 2nd building, so I struggled with my bags up the stairs

The location of this hotel could *not* have been better. the Metro walk was less than 5 minutes. With a grocery store across the street, we were able to stock up on wine for the late night hours of wandering Paris. The staff was incredible, kind, helpful, and communicative. we are already planning another trip and have discussed coming back here, simply for the location and how knowledgeable the staff was!

Like everything else in Paris, it is small! the elevator can fit two people comfortably, but not with big, heavy bags. Pack light, and get comfy with not having a lot of space, and you will be just fine. We certainly made it work!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, Metro, shops, bakeries, eateries and lots more right on the doorstep. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned every day, kettle, Coffee and Tea in the room. Hot drinks and water available at reception also at no cost. Hairdryer and soap provided along with Towels. we only stayed room only so did not have breakfast so l cannot comment on the breakfast or facilities. There was a small fridge in the room so we were able to buy a few bits for breakfast. We felt very safe in this area and would definitely stay here again. There was a street market on Sunday all along Convention.

There was nothing that l disliked

Definitely the staff! They were REALLY kind and helpful. It was amazing especially given that our family didn’t speak French. Even after we left, our family kept talking about how kind that one particular staff was- it’s too bad we didn’t catch her name before we left…!

Water. Just on the last evening, there was only lukewarm water to shower with… my family took a shower nonetheless, but I couldn’t because it was close to “a bit cold” than “warm”. I decided to get up early the next day and shower, but still the same temperature.
