Great walking proximity (10 mins) from / to Gare du Nord, even with a suitcase. Five miutes from a metro station. A good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was standard, nothing fancy, but met our needs in terms of size and cleanliness, though it was a bit warm in the room. The receoption team were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you just want somewhere to sleep after a busy day sight-seeing.

The only small negative was that the room was warm even after we turned down the thermostat but we just kept the window ajar to let in feesh air.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Paris. The check in was hassle free, the room was very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was top notch. Free coffee and water throughout the day and a great spread of breakfast options. The staff was super friendly and I had absolutely no issues with this hotel in the 3 days I stayed there. Metro 7 is 4 mins walk, Concorde bus stop is a 3 mins walk, everything for me was super accessible. I would give this place a 5 star.

Excellent location - in a quiet side street but handily placed for literally everything. We walked everywhere but if you prefer the Metro it's a couple of minutes down the road. Montmartre is only 10 mins walk away, Gare du Nord about 7 mins, Galeries Lafayette and other big shops 20 mins. Staff were ALL brilliant - very friendly and welcoming - excellent buffet breakfast and CLEAN comfortable room. Beds made daily and towels changed too. Air conditioning was a godsend as it was 27 to 30 degrees most days. Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and chilled water available in lobby 24/7. Also takeaway cups available so you can take a drink out with you if you want. Loads, and I mean loads, of restaurants, cafés and bars within easy walking distance. All in all I can't fault this hotel, excellent value for money and a great experience.

I didn't really dislike anything but I would issue a few words of warning to fussier travellers:- 1. The rooms are VERY small. Literally had to squeeze past the bed to get in the far side. Bathroom equally tiny. I expected this having stayed in other Paris hotels before, but some may not like it. 2. There is one, quite rickety, lift so if you're on the upper floors like me, you may have to wait at busy times. It's also pretty small so wouldn't fit more than 2 people in, nor big cases. 3. The WiFi was a bit unreliable and patchy. 4. I would have liked larger towels - we were given one hand towel each and one small bath towel, which barely wrapped round my waist. And that's it really. These are just little gripes and not complaints, as we totally loved staying here.

Breakfast was good, lots of continental style choices - lots of different breads! I chose the location as it was within walking distance to Gare Du Nord. Room was basic and small but it was very good value for the price and having breakfast included in the price helped stretch our budget. Hotel is a short distance from 2 stops on metro line 7 - this line runs past the Louvre. We walked to Galeries Lafayette ans Sacre Cœur, so while it was not a super central hotel, it was overall in a good location for exploring.

The air con leaked on the first night. When I went to speak to reception they said they’d send someone up. So I stayed dressed and half awake for quite some time. No one came.

I arrived an hour early and was checked-in immediately without even having to request an early check-in. Staff were lovely people, cheerful and helpful. Location is central to Gare du Nord. I also walked to all the major attractions from the hotel. There are good restaurants and bakeries close to the hotel. Breakfast was good and there was coffee/hot chocolate available during day time, which was great. Rooms were small but since I was solo, it was fine for me. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Bed comfortable.

Only 2 issues I faced were the noise in the room from the corridors and lack of hot water in the bathroom. It was lukewarm but never hot.

The hotel is located very close to the Montmartre district, which is full of bars, restaurants and other places to visit. Also within walking distance are the Gare du Nord for your transport to the airport and a metro station for easy transport to the city of Paris. The personnel were very polite and helpful and they were there until very late at night to provide their assistance. The room was very clean and warm, with all the necessary toiletries, although the one we stayed was a bit small. But the highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was one of the best I have seen in all my travels so far. I would visit this hotel again just to be woken up by the smell of freshly baked croissants early in the morning once again.

The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the lady serving it/clearing up was excellent, even though she did it all by herself. The location ideal for station and central Paris.

Rooms very small, and soundproofing between them could be better. An additional coffee machine in the breakfast room would be good for peak times (coffee was excellent).

Located in the nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Good value for money, very clean and extra comfortable bed.

Breakfast just wasn’t good. Poor choice and even poorer quality. But as the main disadvantage I must state the fact that it is not possible to enter the hotel using your room ke card. Every time you want to go in, you must ring a doorbell and waint for someone to phisically open the door for you from the inside. This kept me wainting for 5+ minutes several times (everytime during the night hours, though).

The hotel is very well located, with a close metro station, which makes the access to main touristic atractions very easy. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety, and the common areas of the hotel well kept. There is available coffee during almost all of the day. Staff is very nice and attentive.

The room and bathroom were small, but that's the standard for Paris. Sometimes you can hear noise from the corridor or from the other rooms.

Great location, very very clean, good breakfast and absolutely fantastic staff, very friendly, cheerful and always there to help with all our needs and answer any questions :)
