Doesn't feel like a 4star hotel Not too much smiling faces at reception Amenities in the room (there are tea, coffee but no kettle for hot water-there is a nespresso machine though- all these things should be readily available in the room with no need to specifically ask for them. No slippers but they give you if you request-why not to put a pair in the room?)

This hotel has an amazing location - it’s just 15-20 mins walk from both Arch de Triumph and from a huge park with lakes and Louis Vuitton Foundation art gallery. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere - it’s laid back, the music is playing, receptionists are very amiable, attentive and willing to help. I also loved that guests were offered various fashion journals at the lobby, and you can even get a coffee there or order breakfast. All very well organized for the convenience of the guests. Really, thank you - merci!

There were minor technical matters with our room when we first checked in. We were very grateful that it was possible to move into a room that better met our needs. We later extended our stay a bit and there was something with the lock of the room which the receptionists easily figured out in a creative way. Apologies I didn’t take enough photos - my iPhone got full of photos. Look at other guests’ recommendations :)

Great localisation, near metro station, 10minutes walking to Triumph Arc, around small restaurants and cafes. Nice interiors, very "french" where you can feel as at home. Incredibly friendly staff, always nice, polite, smiling and willing to help. High standard of travel cosmetics - shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and shower gel. They were so good, that I didn't use my own.

There was a little variety of food for breakfast. Everyday there were the same type of cold meat, cheese and hot dishes. The positive thing - it was always fresh, there were pressed juices and it was tasty. But for few nights stay, it was a bit unvaried. The walls are rather thin, so if you're unlucky to have noisy neighbours (I had), bring earplugs for a good night's rest.

The location close to many metro stations rail links as well, 10 minute walk the Arc de Triumph. Restaurants nearby and are very nice. The bed was very comfortable and good. The decor was modern. Tv was good too, nice shower and modern bathroom. The staff were lovely too.

The best thing about this hotel is their reception staff - it matters SO much when you are visiting another country for holiday. They were always so eager to help, friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for this!

The amenities, such as tea kettle and bath towels, should always be spotless. However, we cleaned the kettle ourselves and the towels were changed the next day, so nothing was too awful. Still liked the hotel a lot!

Excellent location close to the Congress, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, room was cleaned daily, tall, closed dress closet, with clothes hangers, heating from the small fridge inside the closet, heated towel rack, hot and cold water shower, toiletries, clean towels daily. Cafes, convenient shop, fresh market, fruit stalls and bakery very near.

The location was fantastic. Great area and excellent connections. A great Brassirie "Le Touring" is right in the corner and we were always there. The staff was so overfriendly! Su funny and lovely

The lift was broken and we had to go up 4 stories, but it was good and we got a bottle of champagne offered for the inconvenience

The experience my family had whilst staying at this hotel added so much value to their entire trip to Paris. I've spoken to my mother and she's told me more about the wonderfully kind hotel manager and staff than she has about the sights! Thank you for your incredibly helpful and thoughtful nature and for going out of your way for them. They adored you and would love to be back!

The hotel is very nice. The location is great. Within walking distance to the metro and is pretty centrally located. But the staff is amazing. Marianna and Francois were brilliant. They went over and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. They made our entire trip easier and more fun.

The elevator is really small

Great location. Big room with good amenities. exceptionally quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Shower was over the bath and the only access was at one end which was slippery and no rail to hold. this was difficult and a bit dangerous. suggest change to walk in shower
