On arrival it was pleasing that the property presented immaculately. The location was perfect; close to the Arc de Triomphe & many fantastic restaurants, & the Metro for easy transportation around Paris. We highly recommend La Griotte (Boulangerie) for authentic French pasties, cakes & coffee - fantastic service & exceptional prices. We do not hesitate in recommending this property to travellers. The location was fantastic, 100m to bus stop from airport and metro line 1. Plenty of restaurants around, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee etc.. Beds were all comfortable and clean even the 2 sofabeds. Shower was great, plenty of hot water and powerful.

Crockery was not clean in kitchen. No toilet brush in bathroom, the coffee machine damaged more coffee pods than it made coffee, needs replacing. A big mirror in the bedroom would be an advantage, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom would be good too. 1 half of the wardrobe would not open, so we couldn't use the shelves. It appeared to have been closed too forcefully and we didn't dare force it open.

The area was lovely! It was very easy to get to anything we wanted to see and set set away from the business of it all. Parking was east as well

nothing.

The location is great as is on top pf the train/metro system, good restaurants around and easy access. The apartment is in a good size and has the utilities needed for a stay. Heating is very good. It was a very good value for money.

We were at first floor and the windows are not soundproof, so you should sleep with earbuds otherwise you will be awaken 5am with the trash being collected at the street. The bath is slippery, there should be a matt on the tube for grip. No TV on the bedroom, only on the living room.

Nice location, clean rooms fitted with all essential needs for a traveller. Facilities Manager Mikaela vay very friendly and helpfull. Nearby supermarket for daily needs and "alimentation general" (which is open until late hours) for late night snack. A few nice restaurants and a McDonalds nearby. 3 mns walk to the nearest subway and 15mns walk to Champs-Eleysee.

At the time of our stay we were in a room facing the construction yard of the local tram. Some noise came during working hours and it was not a nice sight. There is a nightclub nearby where the "fun" seemed to go until very late at night on Saturday. We got up a few times during that night because of the noise

We liked the location. Plenty of cafes outside the door and close to the metro station (easy access to the city). Staff was nice and helpful. Prior to the stay the staff was in good communication and everything from payment and access to the property happened exactly as they outlined.

Perfect location. Walking distance from Arc de Triomphe. Metro station and bus station is just next to the property. A lot of places to eat , to have a drink in that area. We arrived 4 hours earlier and the host was so kind to offer us to leave our luggage at the office which was in the same building as the apartment. When we went back our luggage was waiting us in the apartment. Thanks to the host ,we had 4 more hours to enjoy Paris!!

Very clean property with well equipped kitchen.

We stayed 6 nights so would have been good to have fresh towels available that didn’t have an extra charge.

Very nice apartment, modernly furnished and well equipped, located very close to RER C and M1 stations, 10min walk from Arc de Triomphe. Perfect base for a citybreak. Beds very comfortable (1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed + 1 single sofa bed). All information about the apartment and services in its surroundings neatly provided in a good directory. Price reasonable, compared to other similar accommdations in Paris. Nice of the owners to provide essentials for the first few days. Very welcoming.

The dining table is more of a breakfast bar, accommodating 5 people doesn't leave much room on or around it, but functional and OK for a few days. It would be good to add a chopping knife to the kitchen utensils. The payment process seemed a bit unorthodox (marking our card as not active in Booking and then requiring to pay on a different platform ), but it worked fine.

It was a great place to stay. Loved the room, location and the facilities. Room was very clean, loved the crisp clean duvet , however the plates in the kitchen were not cleaned properly , had food markings on the bottom of the plates from previous users. We cleaned it before we used. apart from that it was a pleasant experience. Metro station is so close as well as the other facilities. Definitely will recommend to others. Eiffel Tower is just 15min away by Metro. Arc de Triomphe is 10min walk. I looked at so many other hotels and accommodations before I booked this one and I am so pleased that we booked this. Thank you so much. We had two kids with us , definitely would recommend for families or adults. You can book with confident. overall GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!. GREAT LOCATION !!!
