Staff and cleanness. Wonderful selections of teas. Locations is not the center of Paris but it’s quieter and there are so many non commercial local businesses nearby

Legally, you have to have an extra bed for your child over 2 years old. We booked a room for two adults and one 10 year old - and we had to upgrade the room for extra $200 or so for three nights. We didn’t mind it - but booking.com needs to notify us prior to the booing.

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! The breakfast was incredible, they provided something for everyone and quality in a lovely atmosphere. It was a little boutique hotel, but one of the nicest in which we stayed. I had needed some disability accomadations and the staff immediately brought me a rubber mat, step stool for thetub and grab bars. I can’t say enough good about this lovely hotel! C’est magnifique!!

Good location, friendly staff, clean room, fast Wi-Fi. Probably the biggest room I’ve stayed in Paris in all my times there! We asked for a baby crib and it was there when we arrived, large and sturdy. I’ll definitely consider staying here next time I go.

The closest parking is a bit far from the hotel, around an 5-10 min walk, and not very accessible. The hotel elevator could also be a little small for people in a wheelchair.

Everything Was Great The Hotel Interior Is So Relaxing , The Room Is Comfortable, Perfect Location And Friendly Staff Specially The Lady In The Front Disk And The Old Lady Maid They Were So Nice, Professional And Polite.

the hotel over all was a nice Boutiqe style hotel. nothing crazy, rooms can use a slight upgrade. the rugs going upstairs need change and maybe remove the rug look from the walls. I have allergies to rugs so I had to be on medication while I was staying. breakfast was average enough to satisfy you.

I think price for the hotel rooms were a bit expensive for a junior suit it looked more like a regular room.

Great location close to buses, Beauvais airport bus transfer (Porte Maillot) and at least two metro lines we tried. Very close direct bus to Eiffel (80), Musee d'Orsay (73). We had a Queen superior, a very good room size for Paris. The interior is better than in the pictures. Very clean - thank you! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The overall experience shows a clear attention to detail that impressed us. Bonus points: excellent bad; everything is very tasty at Eric Kaiser, a boulangerie 20m from the hotel; there is also a mini-market franprix store another 20m away.

There were no slippers, quite useful considering that the electric heater in the bathroom never worked and the ceramic tiles were cold in February. The forced air room air conditioning was however very good and quiet.

It has an excellent location, and easy access to many different attractions. The receptionist at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The room size is tiny to stay with kids, and the carpet was not clean properly.

great location, not too touristy area but amazing restaurants close by for locals and metro takes you anyway anywhere. room spotless clean, bed comfortable , enough space for few nights (we paid some delux room)

it is rather a small hotel, breakfast was not special , but didn’t bother me, we went to French bakery for real experience

Hotel is located in a prime location within a short walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating. This was a great hotel to use as base for running the Paris Marathon, situated perfectly between the start and finish lines.

Great location. Peace and quiet and 15 min from the famous Champs-Élysées. Many places for food and drinks around.
