Location a few steps to Palais des Congres. Small but very nice rooms, excellent beds, all newly renovated and super clean. Room temperature is easy to adjust. Lovely and very attentive employees that make you feel at home. The spa was a nice addition that I used almost every evening.

Breakfast at 20€ extra is a bit expensive, excellent Mariage Freres teas and pastries and good selection of savoury but coffee drinks were less good - automatic machines seldom make good coffee, simple brewed coffee and milk are usually better in my view.

the staf was very very rude! when we arrived we could not check in, we asked if we can use the spa in the mean time while they prepare our room. the lady did not mention to us that there is only one free acces to the spa otherwise you have to pay extra. if we knew that we wouldnt use the spa on our arrival. the next day I asked the receptionist about this situation and the guy was very rude to us!

The stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its professionalism, tranquility and courtesy. the Spa area is wonderful. the breakfast room is a wedding favor. the room is welcoming, clean, the bed is very large and comfortable, just a little cramped in space. I suggest broadening the choice of dishes at breakfast and perhaps having a small fridge in the room. I want to congratulate the staff and in particular Mrs. Sarra for her kindness, sweetness and precision at work.

Staff was extremely caring despite our late arrival. They also helped with the taxi upon check-out. Finally, the breakfast was nice and the interior itself is really stylish

We booked the room called "Room with Spa access" which is more expensive than the same room without that access. Upon arrival we asked if we can visit spa and found out that we have to book it in advance. Which is nearly impossible if you stay for only 1 night as we did. There is no information about necessity of spa booking in the description of the room or hotel. You only get the info about it after booking the room. All the slots for our arrival's evening were taken but luckily someone didnt show up for their time. So the manager let us know about it and we got the opportunity to visit the spa. The spa itself was nice

We appreciated our stay at the hotel. The best point of the hotel is the design. It is very nice and the lobby is welcoming. The staff was attentive, and there was always someone at the reception, which is a good point. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, not too touristy.

The building is a typical Parisian building so there is not much space. We recommend that you book the upgraded room for better comfort. There is only one elevator and it was very slow and busy.

The staff were lovely and helped us with booking an airport taxi home. The room was very clean and had a boujee feel. We really enjoyed it and it was in a great location, felt very safe walking around. Close to public transport especially metro line 1 and metro line 2 (which is a 10 min walk). Would stay again.

The room size was a little bit too small, especially with luggage. But the bathroom was a nice size. We still managed with the room size

Excellent hospitality and welcoming, wonderful facilities & very modern Spa offering private session. Complimentary refreshments at all times. Elaine looked after us for those 3 days and was very caring towards us ensuring we had the best experience ever! Thank you Elaine, the manager and others - you were wonderful!

It is a charming and well-run small hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to a metro station and the Arc de Triumphe. The staff is super nice and helpful!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Toujours and Spa. Staff were excellent and super attentive to customer service. They dealt promptly and adequately with an issue that came up a day before our departure. I very much appreciated everyone's positive attitude throughout our stay. I would stay here again, and recommend this property for its standards, its facilities, its location and customer service. Thank you and happy 2023!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but it was perfect for us. it was close to the arc de triomphe, champs elysees and about 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. it’s a very quiet area which was perfect for us but if you are looking for more of a nightlife than I would stay somewhere around the moulin rouge area as that was very busy.

Only one Chanel was English and that was the news. I’m pregnant so we weren’t out late any night as I was tired but was let down that there was no English speaking Chanel’s. maybe something to look at. it’s very far away from other attractions so if you don’t like to walk too much or don’t want to get public transport it may not be the best place for you.
