Breakfast was very nice Location is great, we walked to every basic tourist location you can think of. The gesture for our 4 year old daughters birthday was very nice, she loved the gifts, thank you very much

Loved everything about this stay. Amazing location, right next to the Jardin de Tuilleres and the Louvre. Super friendly and attentive staff, whenever we needed something like toothpaste or ice they were right there. Lovely view, we had a suite with the balcony, great for having breakfast. Breakfast to the room and was yummy with freshly squeezed juices and even almond and soy milk (for any fellow vegans/lactose intolerant!) for very good coffee. Nespresso machine in the room and have to shoutout the housekeeping manager for generously refilling our pods daily - we are big coffee drinkers. Comfortable bed, and space to work from, quiet so possible to WFH. Very clean. Couldn't have imagined a better stay, thank you!

The only thing is there is not much of a common space downstairs where you can have breakfast/facilities but not a big issue.

The hotel was right in the heart of Paris - next to everything you want to see as a first time visitor. This was our third trip so I know the area well. The reception staff was so friendly - they helped us with ordering taxis, suggesting where to eat, helping me speak a little more French, but most of all, they were kind. My daughter turned 18 during our stay and when we arrived at our room, the staff had gifted her some chocolates from Angelina's and bath bombs and a bag. Who does that?? They were so nice. I would love for them to get a raise :) Grace and Nadir and everyone who made our stay so exceptional - thank you so much. Merci!

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Great position, very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you need for your stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and polite. They helped us with everything we needed during our stay, from the check in process, when we arrived late the first night, through the checkout process, helping to find transportation to the airport very quickly. They also gave us very good advise on how to reach places we wanted to visit. Best receptionists ever!

The staff were very helpful, kind. Particularly Naim. He was very helpful and extremely patient and kind and responded to all my requests and followed up with me on everything. A very nice person. The hotel was in a great location. Lots of places to eat and shop. Easy quick walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Musee de l'Orangerie. Of course, also right by the Tuileries Gardens (hotel is located right behind the ferris wheel). And there was a Christmas market set up right across the street (at the gardens) with ice-skating and go-carts for kids as well as holiday food and shopping. I also took a longer but also easy walk to Palais Garnier and Sacre-Coeur. So, lots of sight-seeing from this location alone. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Housekeeping was amazingly courteous and regular. Well-stocked minibar with drinks and snacks. Also an honesty bar for making cocktails.

The street noise was a lot, so sound-proofing could have been better. I wore earplugs so it was fine but would rather not have. Also, they spray a room freshener that, to me, was very strong and perfumey and gave me a headache. But I asked them not to spray it when they cleaned my room every day and so, it too, turned out fine.

Wonderful location, walking distance to Rue St Honeré, the Tuileries, some incredible shops / clothing stores, and of course the Louvre. The room was incredibly cosy, bed was extremely comfortable. A lovely honesty bar above the reception area, in all a very cosy hotel in an amazing location. Staff at the hotel were very professional and welcoming too, and very obliging to help with anything.

Unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast because each morning I headed out to explore and grabbed a coffee / croissant on the go, but I wish I had tried the breakfast at least once as it looks great on the website. So nothing negative against the hotel at all, only my own decision-making!

Central location, very close to the Louvre. Clean and well equipped rooms. Staff friendly and professional staff.

Credit card estimate processed in check in, then declined at checkout. Credit card company thinks your trying to take it out twice. Slightly disconcerting when your about to be picked up by taxi. Transaction number from checkin receipt must be reentered to go through. Same thing happened to another guest checking out at the same time.

Location is awesome very close to major attractions Louvre, Toulleries, Rue St Honore, Opera, Restaurants, etc. just a few blocks from subway station. They received us with a bottle of wine, this was definitely a great touch, specially if you are coming from long flights!

Beds needing an upgrade. Transfer to airport is more expensive than calling an AirPort registered taxi.

I like the room its really wide and comfortable, the location is amazing, I felt the lights and decorations make the place more comfy

I didn’t like that I can hear everything, I requested from the hotel to change my room to upper level because of the noise Im hearing from the street , they corporate very well to change my room very quickly and easily

Very close to the Louvre and the Louvre park. Great big windows, staff likes and accommodates the needs of children

Depending on whom you speak dogs are either respected as a family member or treated as lesser. One staff member offered us a dirty bin for our dog to eat and drink out of. “It’s just a dog”. Other staff members were much friendlier.
