O like the location and the hotel itself. As I have kids, the swimming pool is excelente on very hot days.

The staff is very inconsistent. Some of them are giving their best to improve client experience, some others do not care. We had to wait to check in because they were not paying attention. Also we asked for a taxi for the next morning and at the reception they said it was impossible, but the person at night was able to reserve two cars in five minutes.

The staff was amazingly nice and friendly, 24/24 available. The spa area was very good but the swimming pool should be warmer. The massage moment was nice too. The hotel is beautiful, the bar is amazing. Thank you for having me for my birthdays, the roses, the champagne were perfect.

Two people i really want to call out are Fabio and Matthia. They have helped throughout the trip. Location location location ...when u go to Jardin de Tuileries, u can walk in to Louvre on one side then Orangerie, Place De La Concorde, Champs Elysee and all the way back via the city. Beautiful Walk.

I would have liked to get view of the City. Breakfast should be included in this price.

The location was great, accessible to everything, and felt very safe (travelling alone). For Paris the room was a good size. The pool & sauna were great. The lobby/lounge area was a lovely space. I would definitely stay again!

Surface level the bathrooms were clean but when looking at the shower glass & corners it was not!! Also chipped/peeling paint in the bathroom. Not what you expect for the price & standard of rest of hotel. The booking confirmation said I got a coffee machine, but I did not. It consisted of a kettle & sachets of decaf coffee only…. Good thing coffee is so easily accessible in Paris!!

The location is execellent as it is next to Louvre

The parking is far away and it is public parking. So, if you come alone you have to carry your luggage

This is a great hotel in one of the best places in Paris. From there, you can easily walk to many of Paris attractions if you feel like walking. The staff was super friendly and took extra care by cleaning our things (e.g. passport) before returning to us due to COVID. Our room was also very clean, breakfast got delivered to our room and, besides being delicious, also made us feel much safer in these special times by not having to eat with people around us. The bad was comfortable, we also got a nice wine and a few cookies as a gift and really appreciate it.

It's a bit pricy but expected for a hotel like this in such a nice location. Also, parking is not at the property, but a 2-minute walk so it wasn't an issue.

There are many problems in the hotel. The frontdesk staff Oliver didn’t help to us. He can not see the booking detail and it was too problem for us. We payed the price before departure, he want to charge to us twice. The room was not ready and we have to wait. We locked at the bathroom, the door had problem.

We loved the location of the hotel.

It was very noisy with renovations across the street that started at 7 am. Should have been mentioned and discounted on Booking. Cleaning lady forgot to clean sometimes and never changed paper cups or brought extra tea. Not worth it’s money

Everything! Location is perfect for exploring Paris. Traveled with 2 children and found the experience hassle free. Spa facilities great, room was lovely, staff were helpful and professional. For a city centre hotel, it was great value. Especially as it has free parking close by.
