The staff were friendly yet professional and you felt the service was very personal.

The carpet in the rooms could be cleaner and there could be tea and coffee facilities in the room

The Fit out of the Hotel common parts and our room and bathroom was supurb. Location is very good for seeing everything in Central Paris - especially if you want to shop! Swimming pool and steam room/sauna were very nice Spa was good

The Towels in our Bathroom did not smell very nice. Something wrong at the Laundry! Hotel needs a Gym as well as a Swimming Pool Seats in the Bar area are not that Comfortable

The staff were very attentive and friendly. There were a dozen fresh roses waiting for us in the room! They provided free water and chocolates. The room was a decent size for Paris, and the bed was quite comfortable. Loved loved loved the Japanese toilet seat.

We did not get the city-view room we expected and booked, based on the inaccurate description of the room in the booking.com listing and in the hotel's own listing. This was a major upset upon arrival, and other guests need to be aware that a superior room, described as "city view" actually had a view immediately into other hotel windows right across the alley. You must demand "city view" if you want one. We were unable to use the hotel bar, even though we wanted to, because there was so much incense (or scented candles) that we couldn't breathe well in there. That was really overdone!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Metro station line M11 is just outside the hotel and line M1 is within 10 minutes’ walk. Easy to go to many popular spots on foot or by metro. I booked a Superior room which is larger in size than I expected. It is chic, comfortable and clean. The rain shower is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was no kettle and coffee machine in the room. They were delivered to my room promptly after my request, plus a large bowl filled with many capsules! I was also offered extra bottles of water - I guess it was because I once mentioned to the staff (who showed me to the room upon check in) that I drink a lot of water! Very attentive and good service.

There is no USB port or socket by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. The USB port at the desk did not work subsequently . Despite request, the problem still existed.

Location perfect for Paris and Av de lOpera is super convenient street (also right in front of metro station). Rooms large for Paris standards. Hotel has a swimming pool which is very rare for Paris, just long enough for laps, spa also very nice. Just 40 rooms so pretty small and you get that personalized attention that big hotels dont offer.

would be nice if there was a small fitness room.

The Nolinski is one of the most outstanding hotels we have ever been, and it definetly wasn't the first "better hotel" we have visited. Every single aspect was just amazing. We had high expectations based on the price and they managed to exceed it. The room: Superb, with an amazingly comfy bed and a small balcony with a view to the opera. The hotel is between the opera and the louvre, and while I did not even realize that when booking, it was amazing. On the question where we could east out "well" close by the answer was "everywhere around" and damn that was correct. In the same street you will find one of the best sweet bakeries in the world, around the corner the pyramides bistro is the perfect location for a quick soupe l'oignon and the metro pyramides is literally right in front of the hotel. While the space in the spa is tiny and more meant for a "i go to the spa, and then to the room" situation, swimming in the mirror ceiled pool after a short warming up in the sauna was just the best thing in the moment ever - after a cold and rainy day in januaryr. The cocktails in the bar were amazing and when we on the last evening only had 30 minutes before we needed to leave the bar keeper had not yet opened the bar - he still tried his best to serve the best sazerac and old fashioned we have drunk in quite some time, and that is our basic cocktail. All in all, this was a special trip for us and the Nolinski staff made it to the best they could. I could not have asked for a single thing more. Thank you for going the extra mile on every single request we had, including the amazing service at our lunch and while we did not catch the name of the staff at the breakfast: Thank you, you made every single start of the day as good as it could have been, This was one of the best trips we ever had and you were part of making it that great!

Let's face it, there are really only two things you could not like, one is the tiny rest space in the spa and the second is the price. For us and this was a special trip we could not have asked for more, but your mileage might vary.

very nice Art Deco styled hotel, 5 star customer service as expected, the location is almost perfect 10 mins from rue de faubourg for shopping lovers. very clean rooms. I booked my stay for a programmed surgical procedure nearby and my stay was comfortably 10/10

the floors in the bathroom have carpets installed, which is not very hygienic as a concept although to be honest I didn’t see a single mark or traces, but it smelled funny sometimes. that’s the only negative point I’d think of, I hope that they may reconsider the flooring.

Very Parisian. great design and wonderful staff! amazing bfast in the room. take the Nolinski set and share it. it’s a lot of food but super neat!

loved the location, the interior and look of the hotel. amazing works of art everywhere and the scent in the hotel sets you for a nice all senses luxury experience. loved how luxurious everything was. loved the comfort of the room, nice and spacious, could turn off the aircon because it was warm enough, loved that I could open the window to the little balcony and look at the view outside overlooking Opera, staff were wonderful and helpful. got 1.5 hr late check out.

the food. the pot coffee was not good, my eggs came cold, salad was not fresh, however they took them off my bill. so still managed to make me happy.

we got a superior room and we loved the bed and sheets. the mini bar was also pretty well stocked which was good.

most of the staff especially the front desk and concierge were very helpful and friendly. there were just a couple hiccups with the restaurant staff. ordered something for breakfast and when the lady server delivered the wrong thing and i corrected her, instead of simply apologizing she rolled her eyes and left and didnt even come back. Another person brought in the right order. Very rude and unprofessional. Also, once with housekeeping. They wanted to clean the room and I told them to come back in an hour or so. When they did and I wasn't ready, she sounded irritated. I think they should recognize that guests are on vacation and need not be held to a strict timeline. Didn't expect such response from a five star hotel.
