Excellent location. Very close (half block) to gare saint lare train station. Very convenient for metro travel around Paris and day trip to town of Versailles. Operable window and blackout curtains in room. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Hot water kettle and luggage rack present. Electrical outlets located on both sides of the double bed. Laminate flooring. Clean. Semi renovated. Small room. Looks like the pictures on google. No frills. Was assigned room on 5th floor. Quiet enough but not soundproof. Bring your own earplugs if noise is a concern. Nearest Convenience store located within train station. Unlocked Baggage storage seems secure enough as directly in front of reception. Did not try the breakfast. Housekeeping daily. Good value for stay as we were mainly out and about most of the day. Would stay here again.

Narrow hallways. Small elevator. Odd shower doors (saloon style). Small closet area. Minimal area for in-room luggage storage. Combination body wash/ shampoo provided. Bring your own amenities (separate shampoo and conditioner) if desired.

This hotel is a must stay if you’re looking to be near Paris attractions and shops! The bed and pillows are very comfortable; the room is spacious (which, in itself, is very surprising for a Parisian hotel) and clean; the bathroom is clean and has both a bathtub and a shower; the hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating; the location is great, as it’s close to the metro, stores, groceries, and other shops. It's also a 10 min walk to Galeries Lafayette.

Believe this it the best value in this location!! 1min walk to closest train station and 10min to Opera place and big shipping mall area which many many public transportation hub. Staffs are very nice and happy to help. I ask for taxi and it come in regular price (no additional charge)

The lift and corridor (walk way in front of the room) is small. Some problem when walk with baggage, but ok for regular use. The baggage storage room have no baggage's tag. The reception can remember the guest very well, but should be better to have.

Decently sized room and bathroom, by Paris standards. Clean. There is air conditioning. Receptionists we’re friendly and quick. Well located close to a metro stop.

Breakfast was basic - scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, jam, ham, cereal, coffee. Some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber), cheese and plain yoghurt would be a nice addition. I didn’t have any breakfast the first day and on the second day I took some eggs and a piece of bread with me as I was in a hurry and the staff seemed bothered that I was taking it away instead of eating there, as if I was doing something that wasn’t allowed.

The location of this hotel is excellent - just steps to the Saint Lazare train station, metro and bus stops. Numerous restaurants are literally just outside the front door and just down the road are the main shopping areas with Le Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. Attractions like the Opera Garnier and the Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette mausoleum are really close. Our room was accessed by lift and was very clean with a beautiful bathroom. It was styled elegantly and the bed was comfortable with great pillows. Complimentary coffee and tea with a kettle in our room was a welcome bonus. The apartment was serviced daily and we appreciate the welcome and friendliness of the staff. Complimentary pastries in the lounge was a really lovely touch.

Paper cups, although renewed each day, made the room feel a bit cheap. China cups would have been much better.

Location was superb, just few mins walk from the metro station. We could also walk to Opera (~15min) and Champs-Élysées (~25min). We got the room with bathtub and and the room was of decent size. Amenities were all provided and room was very clean. The staff was quite nice, even lent us an international adapter.

Read the instructions in the room to leave our room key with the counter whenever we are out. We left our key once and when we came back to take the key from the counter, the reception did not even verify our name and just gave us the key rightaway, which made us feel quite unsafe and we did not leave the key at the counter anymore afterwards.

The Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, location was great and room size - perfect for short stay

Amazing location, very connected to the transportation network, but still feels very relaxed inside, not much noise. Very friendly staff and the kitchen lady is exceptional - being ten minutes late to the breakfast, she still kindly offered us support and put food back on the counter, without time-pressing us or showing any sort of dissatisfaction.

The room is quite fancy for the price, but also bit cramped, as are the floors in general.

We liked the hotel location, not too far to walk from gare du nord and perfectly placed for our onward journey from auber. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were easy to use and the shower was a great feature. The tea and coffee facilities were well stocked. We adored the staff. They were so helpful and they spoke English which helped us to feel comfortable and in our comfort zone. The hotel decor was Great and we loved the staircase.

The heating seemed to stay on all night no matter what setting the radiators were on. In hindsight I would have left the air conditioning running overnight.

The location is excellent and the most important is the nice and helpful staff. We were touched when Bruno tried to contact us because my daughter left her wallet in the lobby after check out. I’ll warmly recommend this accommodation! Our room was bigger than usual for this category and we have a kettle for tea and coffee. The bathroom was with bath and shower. Also, every day in the lobby you can have croissants and tea or coffee free of charge.

The hotel is in a busy area, near Gare Saint Lazar and late at night I feel a little uncomfortable.
