This hotel continues to impress with staff who clearly enjoy their work and those like me visiting. Whilst the rooms are not big they are well appointed with great modern bathrooms. Such a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Superb and very dedicated staff & owner. Exceptionally high level of service. Very high level of cleanliness. It felt and looked very covid-safe. Bed really comfortable. We slept extremely well. Great to have mini-bar, kettle and good quality tea in room. Inviting and nice size hammam; booking system for hammam works well. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere everywhere. Great restaurants, cafées and shops nearby.

The hotel looked different in reality than on the web-site. Our room was darkly lit even with all lights on. It could do with stronger light bulbs and/or more/different lamps. Ceiling low and with the room being rather dark it could feel a bit oppressive. The toilet had no sink (sink being placed in bathroom which) and it was so tiny it was difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet seat as your head was almost touching the wall in front.

Lovely 1940s decor in the rooms and hallway, really comfortable and for Paris well sized rooms, huge bathroom, air conditioning which was fabulous on a hot day. Location really good right near the metro and within 20 minutes walk of several milestones. The staff at the front desk particularly the gentleman working night shifts was lovely and helpful with recommendations and directions. Fantastic stay would come back again for sure!

The location is very good! And the room was nice and the bed was big and very comfortable! The staff were also very kind.

When we asked for the spa, it turned out that what they call “Spa” is actually a steam sauna. We didn’t go there because it didn’t sound as well as spa. They also charged us extra taxes NOT included in the price shown in Booking, they said it was due to the Olympic games in summer (we were there in January!).

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of Paris. We were able to reach all the attractions within 30-35 mins of walking, without using the public transportation (which is a plus in COVID days). The hotel's staff was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was outstanding!

It has nothing to do with the hotel but all the nearby parking facilities are quite expensive (30-35€ for 24h).

Excellent location, 20 minutes walking distance to Louvre and 15 - to Champs-Élysées. Metro station in 3 minutes walking distance. There are places to eat nearby. Staff is very friendly and was helpful. Good breakfast! Enjoyable private hammam which was prepared on request. All clean, hotel is nicely decorated, all appliances work just fine.

If the neighbours get noisy, it's difficult not to hear it.

A little pricey.

The hotel was quiet: Rooms were huge and comfy. It was a great surprise. There were magnificent windows from ceiling to floor that were all the way round the rooms. This added so much light. It did feel very French! Location was ideal with a handy supermarket nearby. The minibar and safe were very useful. Housekeeping was daily, which was great to come back to every evening.

My only surprise was that the toilet and bathroom were separated with the bedroom in between. Not having a sink nearby took a little getting used to as we were used to that in the UK. However, you soon got used to it and appreciated the lovely chic decor of the hotel. On the website, the booking photo showed that there were yellow tube seats- they were not in the room which added to the extra space.

Location! From the hotel you can easily get everywhere to Paris, walking or with public transport. Hotel and room was very clean. Room was smartly designed for a small space. Personnel was very nice and friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a nice view at the street, yet even with open window it was quite. Overall great value for money.

Room door created loud noise when closing and isolation was not the best when someone at the nearby room was outside the door speaking / closing their door.
