LOCATION! LOCATION! Location - an intersection of all metro lines, train station, 10 min walk to the airport bus. We spent just 30 EURO for a weekly pass for zones 1-5 and travelled a lot, including Versalle, Disneyland and Airport. Delicious Parisian breakfast!!! The room was great for the three of us. Spectacular daily cleaning services. Daily water in the room.

Mosquitoes in the room. I hope they fixed a leak in the bathroom. If I put a note "do not disturb," please don't call me to remind me that I'll miss cleaning services.

The place is great, beds are comfortable, the location is great and there are a lot of brasseries around. The guy in the mornings is very kind and he took good care of us by explaining every doub we had. Thank you. And you can leave your baggage if you arrived too early or if you have a late return.

The guy that take the night shift is not nicer at all. We asked him something and he just didn't understand us. The night after we didn't have tea in the rooms so we just looked around in the breakfast room and he came and said.. ahhh what are you doing here, don't touch anything, do don't have to be here and went to his place saying things... We thought that there is always a better way to say things and not making you feel as we were going to took something.

· The equipment are impressive. Lamp can be folded, room light can be switched at light temperature, TV choices contain amazon prime and the bathroom is the symbolic OCEAN style. · Staff highly concerned your needs, they solved problem beyond the expectations.

• It’s common in Paris that you will not expect a big enough room at the price level you can get a literally king size in other place. However Paris’ high population is a fact. The hotel make the room a bright, clean and most important, space well organized option to me. • Saint Bazzar is a place waiting for discovery. There are not so much mature travel guides compared to the banks of Seine but it turns out to be a neighborhood overweight in relaxing atmosphere.

The location is perfect. It is very close to lots of tourists spots and number of metro stations are nearby. The room is simple but cute. The staff is very polite and nice. The room was very clean.

The only discomfort is that the room is not sound proof at all. Till midnight you hear noise of the metro trains and in the morning you hear the staff starting cleaning. We asked for the room on the higher floor while booking, but got the room on the second floor and it was really bothering when you put your head on the pillow and hear trains passing.

Very clean & rooms were large (2 adults , and an 11 year old & had 2 double beds, so plenty of space). the beds are really comfortable. Coffee & tea making facilities & a fridge in the room. Bottled water was provided daily, which was a nice touch. There is a lift. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. On our last day we were able to leave our luggage while we did one last bit of sightseeing, which was really helpful. The location is good, close to metro station, however we decided to walk around the main sights of Paris & felt the hotel was centrally located . lots of eating places nearby & a Carrefour opposite if you want to get a snack.

I don’t have any negative comments about the hotel . we had a really nice stay & would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly when we arrived and helped us get settled in and explained how it all worked to us. Our room was very cute and we were able to find space for all of our stuff. Everything we wanted to go to was either within walking distance or easily reachable by metro, which was located very close. We also found a great creperie (Chez Le Crepier) just down the street, where the guy makes amazing crepes and sandwiches! And on our final day, we were able to leave our luggage until it was time for us to fly out!

The beds weren't extremely comfortable. But, you don't really expect that when you're staying away from home. The shower was a little bit slippery, but we never fell down!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the decor/architecture wonderfully Parisian and charming. The front desk staff were all helpful and welcoming. The location is very close to Gare St. Lazare and an easy walk to the Opera District and other neighborhoods. We'd definitely stay again!

Nothing; we loved everything.

From the moment my family and I walked into the property, staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, with a picture perfect view. Though modest, the breakfast was very nice with a good selection of food. I will certainly return to Hotel Oceanic with my family and would encourage others to stay there also.

Some of the decor was a little dated and could have done with a refresh.

I was staying in single room for three nights. I had very comfortable double bad and two inner yard windows, two big mirrors. It was quiet and clean. Enough space for all my stuff. Area is safe, takes 15-20 mins to Tuileries garden and 10 to Opera. Wifi is fast btw!

One thing that wasn't great is hairdryer. It take forever to dry hair as it's old and bad one. You also need to press a button all the time. Should be renewed.

Well located and comfortable. The room was basic and nice and reasonably big. The entire hotel had a dated but comfortable vibe to it and the room was clean. It had a an air conditioner which we wanted and there was a tiny elevator too.

The disposable cups near the tea kettle in the rooms. Also breakfast timings were too early for a holiday and the coffee machines in the breakfast room were hit and miss. There were two and both were spoilt.
