A nice and well maintained hotel in a very good location. Some really good pastries and restaurants in walking distance. 2 metro stations are very close. Staff is friendly. We had the executive room to stay with our kids. the bed was so comfortable and the sofa bed was really good for our children 7 and 11 years old. I definitely recommend the room for families with 2 children. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to try different pastries on our way.

Hotel reception staff are very warm and welcoming. It's a small hotel in the middle of many happening places very close to train and bus stations. The rooms were clean and larger than usual in Paris. Every room has different facilities. LED showers / Warming toilet seats and bidet cover are some of the cool touches. Live music by singing and piano is arranged in the evenings. we didn't use the pool and I'm not sure if they had it or not, but the gym was enough for a week of stay.

Breakfast is a small buffet and it won't surprise you, especially when you have kids. Chairs and tables are not very comfortable, especially if you're travelling with more than 4 People. You have to sit separately. They will make you omelette but nothing special about it!

The staff was exceptional! I wish I saw name tags as one of the female front desk attendants was truly exceptional. She helped call stores and museums for us, made excellent restaurant recommendations, and was so helpful! Also the gentleman behind the bar in the morning went above and beyond with little touches (thanks for the extra cookies!) Really, the entire staff was wonderful and welcoming. We visited during one of the transit strikes and the staff helped us navigate that as well. The 5 star rating really comes down to the excellent staff (including housekeeping - thanks!). Also, the location was great - easy to get to metro stations and walking distance to many restaurants and sites.

Storage in the room was small given many travelers like us are on the road for a long time. But that was really a minor issue. Also housekeeping sent up a lot of extra hangers quickly.

Central location, right by the Gare St Lazare rail station. Close to numerous great restaurants. Good size room (by Paris standards!) and good value for money. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff.

The shower room is quite luxurious but is open plan, like a wet room. That means the WC is soaked each time the shower is used, even if you are very careful. I would recommend that a shower screen should be installed, as the shower experience is rather stressful! Also, the hotel faces onto a busy main street so it can be very noisy if you have the windows open for fresh air. Air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, perfect positioning.

The sofa was not so comfy for an adult but that was not such a big problem.

Excellent hotel location, convenient to everything and busy . Our room was a good size room which was Great! Loved the quirkiness of room with the steam shower room . The staff was THE BEST!! They were so Helpful and such professionals We dined at several of their recommendations . The Staff Truly that made my 1st stay in Paris on may birthday a beautiful memory.

the location of the hotel and staff are really nice. bed is comfortable and good air conditioning. I stayed in this hotel few years back and it was nice as I was upgraded to a suite but this time they gave us a bigger room than we booked.

I think the hotel is highly used the carpet in the room is really in bad condition as it’s highly stained and smells , my husband is allergic so he really suffered also the the other room smells bad cause of the bad carpet. considering it’s a 5 star hotel and expensive as we had 3 rooms the management of this hotel need to seriously consider changing the carpet of have it steamed or deep cleaned or they should lower their price and star rank.

Everything is good quality in this hotel. I was surprise to see toilet washlet like in Japan. We had two rooms and both are spacious and shower room is very comfortable to use. All complimentary toilettes and tea & coffee are good quality. Bed is so comfortable and good size.

Location is not so convenient for us. Even hotel is very next to train station, we never ride train. The area is not near to all activities, shops and land marks.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend going there. Great location by the Saint -Lazare station. I appreciated how welcoming all the staff were .Even though we didn’t speak French well they allowed us to practice and helped us when we struggled by explaining in English. I appreciate all the little touches they left in the room like lip balm and water. Truly first class all the way. Customer service from everyone we encountered was exceptional.

-It’s really cleans and convenient to the historic spots of Paris -Mangers we’re really flexible with our check in and check outs , storing our baggage for a day too without any charges -they were very very kind to offer us a larger suite where as we had booked a std room. We were there for 4 days . After a very long time we were extremely happy with the quality of service and hospitality provide by the hotel.
