The hotel is situated in a fantastic location surrounded by lovely patisseries and restaurants. It is 5min walk to Champs Elysees, Arc de Throphe. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower Perfect for metro connections (Line 1) which takes you to most Paris museums. Staff were all so welcoming and helpful, we couldn't have asked for anymore. They go above and beyond, one of our attractions was cancelled and they arranged tickets for us to see an alternative one despite no tickets available online. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast could stay open later, until 11AM during the week maybe. But it was perfectly ok, just a small improvement.

Great location four blocks from the Champs-Elysees and lots of restaurants, shops, etc. From the moment we arrived to when we left, James at the front desk was so helpful! And senior staff was always around making sure things were running right. The buffet breakfast is a great value .. with limitless cafe au lait!!!

We had an issue with floor staff not delivering fresh water to our rooms … but that was it!

Perfectly located to access attractions, good restaurants, pharmacy and produce stalls. Great having two separate spaces for sleeping areas with lovely big, full bathroom.

The rooms were very tastefully done and well equipped with Nespresso machines. There was plenty of space for clothes. Rooms slightly small but can't complain as location was great. 10 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe.

2 coffee pods in the room not enough. Several and a selection would have been nice. Could have done with an iron in the Ron instead of having to ask everytime

This was a small beautiful hotel. We were coming from the Caribbean and was arriving at 6:00 am. Our early check in request was granted for both rooms when we arrived. The bathroom was a generous size and breakfast was a good variety.

Only problem we had we could not get an iron when we requested one.

The sound insulation is poor. Moreover, the cleaning staff did daily cleanings poorly.
