Very nice location, walking distance to Champs-Elysées. Very helpful staff. I'm a quite sleeper and the room given was noisier for for my taste. I requested for an alternative quieter room and the staff made the necessary arrangements.

The toilet flush kept on leaking and not fixed even after reporting to the reception. A timely fix could have saved a lot of water and prevented the unnecessary noice from the drains.

My Junior Suite had narrow and steep stairs to the bedroom and bathroom which I didn’t find out about until I entered the room. Wasn’t an issue for me, however, this wasn’t advertised.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and many other attractions in less than 10 minutes. The room was spacious having two separate areas for sitting and sleeping and was clean and well presented.

Bathroom is tiny and has poor lighting. It makes it difficult to put make-up on. Poor lighting throughout room even if you open the curtains to the large windows.

Location was perfect, metro very close so the whole of Paris was accessible! Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Noisy neighbours was a little bit of an issue. The staff were lovely

We recently stayed at a hotel in Paris and were thoroughly impressed with its exceptional location, cleanliness, tranquility, and the outstanding friendliness of the staff. Nestled in a prime part of the city, the hotel provided easy access to various famous landmarks and delightful cafes. What truly stood out was the pristine condition of our room and the public areas, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness and comfort. Despite its central location, the hotel was a haven of peace, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere which was much appreciated after long days of exploring the bustling city. Above all, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with warm smiles and going out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attentive service greatly enhanced our Parisian experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

Small room, you could hear everything next door.

I have stayed in the hotel twice during my European trip, and both times the hotel exceeded the expectations. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the big attraction for me was the mini-kitchen (I stayed in a small studio suite). Note for US tourists - yes, the rooms are small by American standards (200 sq feet), but it is very good by European standards (a typical room in Paris would be 120-140 sq feet). The location is amazing - it is right in the very center of Paris, but it is a smaller street, so it is not very loud there and it is also very safe; there is a Monoprix supermarket nearby, which is very convenient; and several restaurants. In 5 min you can walk to the Arc de Triomphe Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile, and Champs Elysees; and it is very easy to reach other sights either by walking or by subway (direct lines to Louvre, Opera); and it's 10-15 min by subway to Eiffel Tower. The staff is very nice - in particular, when I was leaving for the airport, and all Ubers were booked, the concierge came out and got a taxi for me, basically saving my flight! Huge thanks to everyone, and I would certainly stay there again.

Staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. Small hotel, so little to no foot traffic. I believe there were only 6 rooms on the 4th/top floor. Close to Champs-Elysees and metro line 1, so quick and easy ride to must see places. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Junior suite has a cooktop and all things needed to cook if you’re staying awhile. Very nice plates, cups, glasses, etc. Breakfast brought to room (must order by midnight the night before), because there isn’t a meal area in the hotel.

Price seemed a little steep, but I’m not sure if it is because I booked 1 week prior to my visit.

From booking to check-in, I received was able to communicate with the hotel. Check-in was easy and smooth. The location was perfect. The hotel was clean, the shower pressure was great, and the staff was nice. The space is not super big but was enough to keep my family of 4 comfortable. Just to mention, the bedroom, on the ground floor room, was with steep stairs. We were okay but a warning for anyone with a mobility issue. There is no restaurant on premises, but there are many options around the hotel.
