Excellent location. 6-10 minute walk to Champ Elyees and the Arch. 10 minutes to the Seine, 15-18 to the Eiffel tower. Good restaurants nearby. Street was busy during the day but was quite quiet at night. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk was very friendly and helpful with requests.

For some reason only coffee in room was decaf. Housekeeping error perhaps?? Shower/Tub wall is really high and difficult to step over, so beware of that if you have mobility issues.

The location for getting around Paris was excellent. Metro within a 10 minute walk. Staff were friendly, helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Also they didn’t mind you trying to speak French however bad! Room was comfortable, quiet despite its location and clean and tidy.

Although there was an honesty bar system and a minibar in the room perhaps the addition of a kettle would improve the experience. Also our tv in the room didn’t work (remote control).

Great location, next to a street full of brand shops, cafes and shops. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the Champs-Elysees, as well as to the subway and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff is nice and polite. For the price / quality everything is very acceptable. The room is spacious, we got a great view: we lived in the attic. There is also a coffee machine near the reception, they said you can use it as much as you like

The Hotel has an excellent location and it is really close to some of the main tourist attractions. Walking Distance to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Thriump Arc, and many more. The hotel staff was really kind. The rooms were really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Location is perfect, very close to the center and to Champ Elysees , I found very good restaurant (excellent Lebanese food) one minute walking from the hotel, the street is not crowded and in 5 min you can go to Champ Elysees where is full of life. The room was small but very comfortable indeed. Breakfast was simple but at adequate price and good quality (fruit salad, bread, eggs and so on). Staff polite and friendly.

Internet connection was not "superb" but maybe it was an occasional problem hot water in the shower difficult to set even thought everything was looking new and in good maintenance conditions

The stay and staff where absolutely lovely. No faults and very friendly.

We were required to drop our key into reception every time we left the hotel (I assumed they had experiences with keys going missing). Retrieving our key upon return was pretty easy (maybe too easy) so I would suggest making sure valuables are always in your safe just to be sure. Don’t let this stop you ☺️

Perfect location, everything is in walking distance. Rooms are very very clean, even though they are very small but this is normal in Europe. Staff was very kind and helpful. They also had a coffee machine on the ground floor and hot water with big varieties of tea bags. Can’t comment about breakfast because we didn’t choose that option.

could have had bath slippers, they don’t cost much at all.

Superb location and air con was so good (massive + With how hot it was the weekend we stayed)

There’s nothing I really didn’t like, if I was to say anything I would be nit picking coz there was nothing noticeably poor ,everythjng was good or better

Property was in a super location, just 10 minute walk from the arc du triomphe. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for 3 nights in Paris. Staff were very friendly and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the reception area was nice.

No proper bathroom door, instead a saloon style swing door.

Location is superb , suitable for shopaholic like me ! Walk distance to Eiffel Tower Room is small but clean with nice view Toilet is clean and I love the shower so much Can’t believe the room has air-con ! Perfect during hot summer ! The staff are so nice and the free coffee machine! Out of my expectation!
