This hotel is posh, but in an unassuming way. The aesthetic is great from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the wonderful front desk who helped with our bags, pointed us in the direction of the champs elysees and dinner, and gave us a map. Champs elysees is literally a 6 minute walk from this hotel, which worked out beautifully for our last minute/last night in Paris shopping. The Arc and Eiffel Tower aren’t too far of a walk, probably see 15-20 minutes, but being cold and exhausted, we ubered there. We stayed in the deluxe suite. I thought it was 2 bedrooms in 1, but it’s actually 2 separate rooms and both rooms were beautiful. The bedding was so comfortable, I set 5 alarms worried we’d miss our flight! The room prepared for 2 had nice robes, slippers, and a nice touch of rose petals. I really loved the big tub for soaking after a long day of walking! I really appreciated the front desk arranging a car for us to the airport as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect location -(near the hotel...5 min down one nartow street it s a italian little restaurant with perfect food and decent prices. do not go in the crouded area...u will pay too much and eat junk food!! - 20 min walk to eiffel tower and cruise departure area and 10 min walk to arc d triumph (champes elysee) Very kind and helpful personal Perfect room, with fully sun and a little balcony, very spacios for Paris Enough parking spot near hotel or, I pay 30/day underground parking spot Brst regards to the hotel manager - in the room we find a little welcome letter from her! nothig related to the hotel...I did d like...the weather :) it was 7 days with full sun...and the prognosrs said that will be raining...and I had only few summer outfits :):) (i stayed 6 nights)

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's a 30-50 minute walk to most popular landmarks and many great restaurant options within half a mile (like Rue 52). I was on the top floor and the view from my room was absolutely perfect.

The mattress was pretty bumpy; it needs to be replaced. Hallways can look a little messy (I was on the 6th floor).

The room was nice and clean, not large but well sized for Paris I guess. Personnel was very friendly and helpful!

The property advised me the park at Q-Park nearby; it should have a personal guard and after booking a spot online it should be easy and safe to park. Trying to get entry to the parkingklot took me about 15min..waiting by the gate.. talking to a ticket pillar with the worse speaker ever!! Also the clerck's English was not sufficient. Inside the guard desk was empty (for the whole weekend!!!) so no safety guard and no reference. We had no ticket to scan and open the door to get in the parkinglot by the staircase. Driving out was another entreprise of the same kind., and we were not the only ones it seems. The hotel tried to reach them but without succes. I cannot understand how people run this Q-Park Parking, it's a disgrace.

Gorgeous building in a beautiful, high-end arrondissment! The concierge greeted us each time we came in or went out, and provided a great recommendation for for dinner! They quickly brought us a clothing iron when requested. The bathroom products were the lovely L’Occitane brand. At breakfast they warmed up soy milk for me, and there were lots of nice food choices; something for everyone. Thank you!

The guys found the old-fashioned tub shower to be a bit small for their broad shoulders and tall height, but we’re in the heart of Paris in a gorgeous classic building, so no one complained!

- Location superb and very central to landmarks - Hotel modern and room clean - Staff very accommodating and welcoming - Fantastic check-in/out times

- Lift was faulty so it wasn’t pleasant to walk up 6 stories up the stairs - Aircon didn’t work 100% correctly especially on the very hot day that we were there

The cleaness of the room and the breakfast was enough

Just the size of the room where in the site it doesn't show any more option for other rooms where they have bigger ones No mini bar I mean fridge to keep our medicine in Cabinet is very small too to keep the stuff in

The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel location is excellent and we were able to walk to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumphe, the Louvre and many other points of interest. The restaurant next door, Villa Sophia, has excellent food.

Room temperature was difficult to control. Too hot with windows closed, too cool with windows open. The bath tub was slippery and drained very slowly. The bed only had a heavy comforter. Would be nice to have a top sheet and comforter on the bed.

Stuff was very friendly and clean quite room in middle of city Center. Bed was comfortable, nice to have bathtub. Proper blackout curtain helped sleep well too. 10 minutes walk to riverside and can see Eiffel Tower very well from there.

Quite close to Av. des Champs-Élysées but if you are not in to shopping not really ideal area to stay. I was with my 75 years old mom. Couldn’t walk around to landmarks. Even to quiet a walk to Metro station for her. Steam room was not hot.
