The front desk and concierge was very trendily and helpful. We enjoyed the room with Paris’s rooftop as a view.

The breakfast is at the 15th floor and with an even more astonishing view of Paris - however, one caveat, the waiters and “food/coffee/the bringers” are incredibly unorganised. We had to wait very long for ordering and to get the breakfast, that has to be order from a menu (except for croissants and bread). The quality of the food served was disappointing (omelet, cheese selection, croissants and the juices was not fresh) being in France. We would definitely choose to come agin to SO/Paris, but would choose “breakfast in town” at a café.

In both rooms 1206 and 1207, we were disturbed by the music of the disco during the night. This should never happen, certainly for rooms at this rate. Separately, whilst the breakfast was overall an amazing experience, the quality of the egg preparations was really not aligned with your other standards.

The staff at front desk showed their hospitality and the concierge were helpful. Knowing that me and my husband are coming for our wedding anniversary, they set an amenity which is a delicious cake, and it made us so grateful. location is perfect, 1 minute walk to La Seine, 2mins walk to the subway station. Le Bonnie restaurant is amazing but need reservation, the menu is basically the same from room service, if not getting a table on top, in room dining is also a good option. BTW, the girl from in room dining is also great! This is a really memorable trip for me and my husband! will choose this property for my next trip to Paris for sure!

Inconsistency with the folks working at the pool giving us a hard time with kids where it wasn’t an issue for 4 days and day 5 they were suddenly saying no kids allowed despite not being true after we had explicitly had that clarified at check in. also coffee pods were not replenished 3 out of the 6 days and we had to call room service etc to get it delivered. rather frustrating waking up in the morning, going to make a cup and realising they haven’t replenished.

The pictures and information on the website do not do this property justice. We had an excellent stay at SO/ Hotel Paris. The staff was exceptional and attentive, the facilities were extensive (great gym, wonderful pool), the breakfast was sublime, and I haven't even commented yet on the rooms... They looked brand new, were very clean and well equipped for a work trip (including possibility to 'steam iron' your clothing). Finally, the hotel was close to a metro station and just a stone's throw from the Seine.

Good to know for a work trip: while the toilet was separate, the bathroom was 'open', which proved challenging when sharing the room with a coworker. However, the hotel facilitated separate beds, and we could still respect each other's privacy as the shower was closed off.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Awesome views from both the apartments and the top. The staff is very open and friendly. Overall great service.

They seem to be a bit understaffed despite seeing different people everyday. The line on the reception was always very slow. Also in the restaurant we had to wait for an hour and a half for our dinner to be served then were told they were closing in half an hour which made the dinner experience not so enjoyable. The waiter was forgetting the orders and we had to remind him waiting half an hour for a simple drink.

The decor and ambience was lovely. The hotel smelt lovely throughout. The staff uniform was smart, and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of lovely touches, such as eye patches left on the bed in the evening, and fresh glasses and bottled water left by the bedside. Bonnie restaurant was delicious, great staff and FABULOUS views.

Can’t fault the property. The surrounding area doesn’t have much going on but is just a short walk from a bridge and lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants there. Steam room and sauna wasn’t included.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SO/ Paris hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were blown away by the luxurious decor and attention to detail. The rooms were equally impressive, with stunning views and comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant, which offered an impressive selection of dishes that were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious along with views of the Eiffel Tower. We also made use of the gym and nightclub, both of which were exceptional and added to the overall experience. However, what really set this hotel apart was the outstanding level of service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. In particular, I want to thank Bathilde for her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Her warm personality and knowledge of the area made our trip even more enjoyable. Another major perk of the hotel is its location, just a two-minute walk from the subway. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and get around without any hassle. Overall, I would highly recommend the SO/ Paris hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. The service, amenities, and location are all exceptional, making it the perfect choice for a Parisian getaway.

It is an expensive hotel and would be great if it was a little more affordable but other than that there is very little to not like. We were extremely please with the hotel and it was one of the key highlights of our trip.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are beautiful with great views of Paris. Great beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The views from the bar and restaurant are stunning as you can take in all of Paris day or night.

Service in the bar could have been better. The views are great but servers and bartenders could have been friendlier and more communicative. Our experience in the restaurant was much better and our servers there were excellent.

The quality of service and friendliness is mind-blowing. The rooms are a good size and the restaurant and bar are breath taking. This will be our go to hotel in Paris.

The breakfast service was a bit slow. To bring the coffee we waited almost 15min and til the ordered dishes arrived another 20min had passed.
