The location was wonderful, Metro lines 1, 5 and 8 were right outside our door and they took us to 90% of the places we wanted to go around the city (we could change to go to the other 10% just fine). Staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke good English and were very kind about our bad French!! Wifi was functional the whole time (seemingly a rarity nowadays), bathroom was functional, hot water worked, plug sockets and lights all worked, and there was very easy-use air conditioning which we needed as every day was reaching 32 celsius! There are a couple of lovely bars down the street that do cheap cocktails, as well as a decently priced supermarket down the other end of the street that we could pick up a few groceries so we did not have to eat out all the time. There was a mini fridge and kettle in the hotel as well. We did not opt for the breakfast so I cannot refer to the quality of that.

Possibly my only complaint about the hotel would be the bed itself, it was fairly hard and I often have insomnia so my sleeping suffered a little bit because of it. However, it was definitely adequate for the price!

It was really helpful the fact that they picked us from the airport (that service was included in our booking as a complimentary part of the hotel). The location of the hotel was great, literally minutes walk from Bstille train station. The staff was polite, the room clean and small (as I guess most hotel rooms in Paris), breakfast really basic and a bit expensive for what it was. The lady at the breakfast service was literally bringing one egg at time (!) The overall experience of staying was good though.

The camp-bed in the room for 3 adults and mostly the fact that it was advertised as beds and not 1 double bed and a camp-bed! That should has been specified better.

The hotel is really well located, with Bastille metro station just a 5 minute walk away and a lot of the main tourist attractions can easily be reached from here within 10-15 minutes. There are many small bakeries, restaurants and shops nearby too for those wanting a nearby area to explore.

The triple rooms are a little on the small side and I think better suited for a family with one child. As three adults, some more space would have been good for our luggage and the single bed was a bit too narrow for me. Our stay was in the winter so there weren't many other people staying, but during the busier months noise from other travellers might be an issue since the walls don't block any sound at all.

The staff are really helpful and attentive. Had a bad shower head, and they immediately got it changed. The room is small but tastefully done (better than some chain hotels, in fact). It is after all Paris, so it met my expectations. The lobby was well decorated for Christmas and smelt nice. The location was excellent, very near the Metro and close to many cafes and restaurants. I would book it again for a weekend trip to Paris.

Just across the street from a metro station where three metro lines meet but soundproof windows means you are not bothered by street noise. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job every day. The ladies at the reception helped us a lot when we needed to book for the Louvre. Breakfast is not too fancy but satisfactory.

All was good.

The staff of the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Our bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. With the window open you could hear the sound from the traffic in the street, but once you close the window the room turns completely quiet, so perfect for sleeping. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is very accessible with public transport, and close to Bastille. You get great value for the price and we would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint we could find is that one of the electricity points next to the bed didn’t work, but that was all. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it was fine for us as a couple.

Property was clean and located very close to Bastille station, which makes getting around the city very easy. room was a decent size for the two of us. Breakfast was okay.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable in my opinion it was a bit stiff and hard but that’s also a personal preference!

The Hotel is three walking minutes from the Bastille metro station and two metro stops away from the train station Gare de Lyon. very well situated, the famous clubbing street Rue de la Lappe is also just in a walking minute distance.. great location to reach all tourist attractions by metro or bus.. Rooms had every thing needed.. comfortable bed we didn’t use breakfast area

The room service could have been a bit more motivated.. some items missing by refill.. coffee for next day etc.. but nothing major.. Was really not a big deal

Maybe some scrambled eggs to be available at breakfast.. The egg boiler takes too long.

Great location - only 2 min walking from Metro station Bastille (many connections to different metro lines). New, clean, cosy, helpful staff on the reception. Value for money. It was now the second time we chose to stay in this hotel during our trip to Paris.

Rooms are really small. However, for the price we paid it was ok.
