The location was great. We could walk everywhere but the area was quiet. The apartment was very secure and well maintained and super comfortable. The staff was very personable and helpful.

Cute little boutique style hotel tucked away by the Bastille. Good location and the room was huge with bed, sofa, dining table and kitchen. Staff were helpful and courteous. High end appliances, including iron and hair dryer.

The ONLY downside to this room was the bed which was like sleeping on a rock. Way too hard so we ended up with sore hips as the 5 days went on. Comfy beds make a huge difference when you are walking 25K steps a day!

24hour concierge, Amalie was so helpful and wonderful host. The rooms are very large for Paris standards and are kept very clean. The Bastille metro is very close, Rue St Antoine is a couple blocks down with many cafe’s. This is the perfect good value travelers hotel.

I travel all over the world, staying at different hotels, but Goralska stands out as one with top notch service. The staff went above and beyond and was incredibly friendly. Hotel check-ins are notoriously generic and boring, but here, I sat down over coffee to complete the process and got the opportunity to have any questions answered and to receive Paris recommendations. Amélie Neujean, the front desk and guest relations manager, is a star. She was always willing to help, and answered even my dumbest questions about Paris and French culture! The location was perfect. We loved having a view of the river every morning while drinking coffee. We loved how we could walk everywhere -- Paris is an incredibly walkable city. Notre Dame is about a 20-minute walk away; Louvre about 33 minutes. There are shopping and restaurants just minutes away. The closest restaurant is just a minute away and there's a bakery/boulangerie literally around the corner. The suites are airy, modern and just beautiful with huge windows. They're equipped with smart tech that control the AC, lighting and music. You'll have your regular kitchen amenities -- pots, pans, cups etc., and a coffee maker. The bedrooms have blackout drapes and the bathrooms are very stylish. You'll get your own robe and slippers. I will recommend Goralska to all my friends -- and I'll be returning very soon myself.

The smart tech was too smart for us -- we couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC. Luckily, the staff sprung to our help.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Is exactly like in the photos. Everything was impeccable, the room was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I definitely will be returning the next time I go to Paris.

This is a residence-hotel structure. Our suite was located on the 6th and last floor. Excellent cleaning (daily). Fantastic view of a tributary of the Seine. Wonderful light from the room (full glass). Professional, discreet and always available service. Quiet and well-served area (400 meters from the metro / 250 meters from the supermarket / 950 meters from the tourist-centre areas). Overall an excellent experience (residence WITH KITCHEN formula). We are waiting for the new Residences in the center (5 stars). Thank you

This is the second time I stayed here and I again had a 5-star experience. The staff, the hotel, the location -- everything was truly wonderful. The staff also made my birthday memorable by getting me reservations at a highly coveted restaurant with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. I couldn't have asked for a better celebration. Amelie and her Goralska colleagues are truly amazing and go above and beyond for guests every single time.

I can't think of a single negative thing.

All the staff were excellent. We loved the location because it was in a quieter part of town, but still very close to the metro and the heart of Paris. Loved the room, the aspect looking out onto the small waterway and the fact that we had a kitchen. The two daily bottles of water were a welcome inclusion as were the daily chocolates.

I appreciate that this is a matter of personal preference but the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with a bachache each morning. It was great having the BBC and CNN channels but there wasn’t even a single English entertainment channel (movies) or the option to use Netflix. The iPad in the room was great to have, but I didn’t end up using it because the connection was slow and kept dropping out.

During my stay of 3 weeks I was always happy about attidude of personal and high level of purity in the hotel. This is a very fresh hotel with pritty design, great location, apartments with big space, and small but efficient fitness room. I could always get everything what I needed during my stay. Wonderful!

The 24 hour staff were gracious and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and nicely appointed. Complimentary coffee and tea, sparking and still water, chocolates, etc, were lovely touches. Nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained.

Though kitchen/living room was cooled well by the AC, the bedroom and bath were a bit too warm. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
