the rooms were clean and sufficient, and not too small. the breakfast was very nice apart from some interesting sausages lol very much enjoyed the customer service 10/10 reception is open 24/7 which is also very helpful. the location was very good there was many bus stops right next to the hotel. also 2 metro stations next to the hotel. aswell as trams etc all right next to the hotel. there is also a Burger King across the road and some other takeaways with a shop around a 7 minute walk away. the only negative about the location is if you walk further then 15 minutes from it it’s a slightly dodgy area but you don’t have to walk that far with stations so close!

The beds weren’t perfect. hard memory foam but I still slept very well very very slight noise from trams and trains etc but it’s so subtle we weren’t allowed an extra 30 minutes checkout just to shower which I thought was weird

Overall the Hotel is in a great location with several main metro lines and train lines within a 2-3 minute walk, so it is relatively easy to get to all the main historical sights. Though during our stay, the M14 subway line was closed Monday through Thursday between 10 pm and 6 am for maintenance which caused us some headaches when we were out late. When trying to get back, most of the time, we had to take a Uber or a Freenow to get back to the Hotel. Overall we got what we paid for and would probably choose the Hotel again the next time we visit Paris. For any Americans considering staying, the Hotel is extremely close to a pharmacy, a convenience store, a tobacco store, restaurants, bakeries, and a Burger King, all within a 5-minute or less walk. I would have given the Hotel a 5-star rating except for the fact that we decided to extend our stay, something we did on the first day. The front desk clerk had us check out on our original checkout date so the Hotel could move us to another room, which wasn't that big of a deal due to the fact the room was nicer. The issue was our new room was right next to the counterweights for the elevator, and every time the elevator was being used, we would hear a near-constant squeaking. So imagine trying to get some sleep after being out sightseeing all day, and every 5 or 10 minutes, loud squeaking would fill the room with a slight vibration shaking the wall. When we were asked how the new room was, we brought up the noise issue, and they asked what room number we were when we told them, they asked if the room was at the end of the hall and in the corner. When we said yes, they gave us a look of like, "yea, sorry about that." We heard several other guests talking about the squeaking at breakfast, and I guess enough people complained that someone finally gave that squeaky wheel some much-needed oil by day two.

We had to check out and check in several hours later when we decided to extend our stay at our initial check-in. The second room was next to the elevator counterweights, so every time the elevator was being used, we heard loud squeaking noises, and the room vibrated.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly! Honestly one of the best stays we have had ☺️

The carpet was a little rough and beds moved a lot and made a lot of noise

Location is perfect, the metro station is right in front of the hotel, however, if No.14 (metro) were workable by the time we stayed then the hotel will not be just good, but awesome. Staff is friendly.

The sink of my room was just terrible, we stayed there for 3 nights, the sink never gets smoothly. The hair dryer should be also improved, it's understandable that the dryer will stop automatically if the temperature is too high, but it stops every 5-10 seconds which was just terrible. The housekeeper took my second card every day after cleaning which was annoying as well.

The hotel is well situated and very good value for money. The room wasn't big but clean and comfortable. The restaurant is really good and it is a pity it wasn't open during weekend. I recommend a small local cafe with loads of sweetes and sandwiches called Boulangerie du Palais, just opposite the Metro Station Porte de Clichy, which was our starting point to visit Paris.

Nothing apart from the fact that the last noght a big group was accomodated on our floor and they were a bit noisy- the hotel is big enough to make sure the request for a quiet room is considered and the big groups can be separated.

+ Room was exactly as advertised in the pictures. + Room was pretty big (not one of the classical very small city center Paris rooms). + very clean room and bathroom + new room furniture and bathroom items looking as new + daily cleaned by cleaning team + wifi in all areas and in the room.

- the breakfast is pretty poor (no eggs of any kind, no ham, no wurst, no olives, no eng beans, no pancakes, etc). + Breakfast consists mainly in Tea/Coffee, Milk and cereals, butter, bread cheese, french bread (very good), croissants (very good), yogurts, orange fresh - very good, fruits soup), Nutela, honey and pasta.

Heavy breakfast and lunch hospitality staff pafecto I will visit again soon

Weather and environment was not like Africa but Al in was pleasure meeting frndly staff

We found the location very convenient. Two Metro lines (13&14) are right next to the hotel. Also a RER station is 100 m away. The room was clean. Luggage storage was available prior to checkin and after checkout. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Vending machine in the lobby was kind of a scam and no warning was displayed on the extra charges. The hotel only provides one large towel/ person. No small towel. Still, the cleaning personnel changes your towel daily, even if you do not leave it on the floor (which is written to be the sign that you need your towel changed).

it’s in the city center! it’s near the port de clichy station, you just walk across the street and there’s a lot of cafes, restaurants, and groceries. the main attractions are near as well

we came from a 22 hour flight and we got there at 10am but they wouldn’t let us do early check-in.. although they were very kind enough to have a place to keep our bags while we went out to eat

The hotel's location was perfect, with two metro lines nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The major sights were just a short 25-30 minute journey away, allowing me to make the most of my time. The breakfast was simply fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. From freshly baked pastries to a delightful selection of fruits, cereals, and yogurt, there was something to satisfy everyone.

The receptionist at the hotel had limited English proficiency, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, I must highlight that despite this language barrier, the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
