My five-night stay at Villa Alessandra in Paris was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. The hotel boasts a wonderful location, making it incredibly convenient to navigate around the city. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the special surprise the hotel helped me prepare for my family. I really like the spacious room and confortable bed. Nice location and reasonable breakfast. Brilliant cleaness.

I had a bit problem in comunication with one of the stuff. I wanted to check in quite late and followed the instructions I got in e-mail, called to the hotel and the receptionist ask me to come the next day and it took me few minutes to describe him I have nowhere else to sleep and definitely need to check in that day.

The location was great, few minutes walk to the nearest metro, passing by street-food delights :-) Also, the Arc de Triomphe very near. We had breakfast included and it was very good. Staff at the reception helpful and easy to talk to. We ordered wine at the check-in and the receptionist brought it to our room very quickly. Nothing to complain about the room - very tidy and clean and no noise. The price for 2 nights with out of season discount was a little bit higher than what we are used to, but I guess that's Paris :-) Overall, we had a good time in Paris and we thank Villa Alessandra for comfortable stay :-)

The location is perfect, close to public transportation, many nice places around to eat and have fun. walking distance to Arc the Triumphe and Champl Elysees. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed stayed there, and would like to visit it again next time. Thank you very much!

Everything was great, Just I would change the breakfast menu 2-3 times in a week (it was everyday the same) but still very good.

The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything, the room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The location is great too, super convenient and very near the metro, there is also lots of things to see nearby. Everything was perfect except for the price (it could be a bit cheaper :)). My mom and I both liked staying in this hotel and we will surely come back next time we travel to Paris. Thanks for everything.

Great location, not far away from Triumphal Arch. Right near the hotel, there's a beautiful market, a lot of cafes and bars. We liked the cozy room with big mirrors. The hotel administrators were so kind to give us umbrellas two days in a row.

It was autumn and there was a lack of natural light in the room, so it would be better to have more lamps. And the floor was not so clean as it should be.

Outstanding location close to everything. It's based on a true French "quartier" surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops... that allows you to live like a genuine Parisian during your stay. The hotel is located in a very quiet cul de sac which is perfect as it makes it very quiet during nighttime. Distances: 800 metres from the Triumphal Arch + Champs Elyseé, 300 metres from the train station. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower. It's worth getting the weekly transport card that allows you to ride all public transport for a week. Make sure you take a passport-like photo with you.

The hotel is very charming, situated on a calm square, only 5 minutes walking from the Arc De Triomphe and metro stations, and the bus stop for the hop-on hop-off busses. Good restaurants nearby. We had a room for 3, which was spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good, personnel very very friendly. The last day, we could leave our suitcase there, to enjoy our last day in Paris. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and wil go there again next time!

The hotel is very well located, on a quiet place near to the market and wine shops) The rooms are nicely decorated The bed is very comfortable, it is a bit hard, but I had a really good sleep on it) There is a mini bar in the room (empty) , we just used it as a fridge Big TV (although aren't many channels) Air conditioner worked very well My husband had to work on our departure day and they let him use the meeting room Staff at the reception is very nice and helpful.

There were several points: - after shower the water stayed in the bathroom for a rather long time, so next person could take a shower only about half an hour later - the room was not properly cleaned: the floor was dirty and our white socks turned dark grey((, there was black dust on the pipes in the bathroom, really a lot of dust in the wardrobe - electric cables were NOT safe: TV , lamp cords were almost broke and it is a great risk of inflammation! - no breakfast menu in the room - empty minibar

Location is great, and all the staff were very friendly! Some people wrote that it's old, small room, etc., but it's Paris. So the facility is old but clean enough to spend nights comfortably. And good wifi connection. I can't complain.

Had a problem with the bathroom sink, but managed. The refrigerator setting can be improved.(and please clean the top of the fridge!)
