This was a really nice small hotel, the rooms were clean and really comfortable and the location was brilliant, and it was good value. Hotel was just a short walk to Salle Playel, the Arc De Triumph and Champs Elysees and Ternes Metro station. We joined the big red bus tour at the Arc De Triumph, and walked down the Champs Elysees to the Grand Palais (Approx 25-30mins) where we joined a batobus (river boat) to take in all the sites. Lots of nice little bars and cafe's in the area as well, spoilt for choice. The room was on the small size, but it was comfortable and we were only in the room to sleep, so it was fine. Christophe on reception was also really helpful, our flight home was cancelled and he was a great help booking taxi's, printing off boarding passes etc, thanks again. Overall, a great base and good value for money.

Our hotel was also a nice side of being in Paris. Excellent staff. The first Parisian we met was our hotel concierge, a very polite and pleasant man. Many thanks to him for his excellent work. Registration took only a few minutes. Very clean comfortable room with opening window to the courtyard. Large bathroom with new fixtures. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Hot water. 4th floor with elevator, kettle, mini-bar (refrigerator). Everything according to the description. Cleaning every day. No smells. The location of the hotel is excellent. Calm area. Near the city center. Everything is close. Cafes, grocery stores (kosher available)

Comfortable bed with cozy beddings. Tiny room, but still has everything the traveller needs, nice urban window view. Water bottles refereshed every day. Very nice personal! Have mentioned my room number for breakfast ones and nice lady remembered it for my whole stay

Sound proof of the doors. Can be easily solved by plugs, but someone might not have them. The walls had better sound proof, did not hear anything from neighbours.

Check-in was great and very punctual - I can appreciate that. I was told of events in the area and given the run down of hotel operations, offerings (breakfast and such), and my reservation details. The room was a great price, yet was sized for the bed. Yes, it was so small, I almost felt as if I had to leave the room to change my mind. I could not comfortably walk around the bed frame without avoiding a small shelf. Did the room work for a single occupant? D'accord! It could be just the one room I was in, but it would have been cramped for two people to be sure. Bathroom facilities were great and in a space-related move, small as well. Would I stay there again? Yes, of course because you don't see Paris sitting in your room... :)

Room could have been a little bit bigger, but a good, clean offering.

The staff were excellent! Very friendly and helpful, providing recommendations, directions and assisting with taxis etc. They were brilliant with our young daughter, too - definitely family friendly.

The hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment (particularly the communal areas), but the mattress was the main problem. My wife's side was 'just' uncomfortable, but I actually struggled to stay on the bed! My side was so badly worn that it sloped, so as I began to drift off to sleep, I started to roll off the bed. Not remotely restful.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The room is big enough compared to what one might find in Paris. Very clean, positioned in a small street so it’s not noisy, at the same time close enough to public transport and Arc de Triomphe.

Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more geneous in terms of options. Not a minus, just a feedback

Checking in was easy. The desk staff spoke English & were very polite & responsive. The room was small (as expected in Paris) but function was maximized. Coffee & tea were provided in the room, also as expected, and chocolate pieces were a nice extra! Great shower pressure, and another little bonus - the hotel uses the larger "bath sheet" size towels. The tub was a little higher to step into than I'm used to, caution is necessary. Air conditioning worked well. A small refrigerator was in place & working. There are several grocery stores within a few blocks if you want a bottle of wine or some snacks. The courtyard is also a pleasant area for a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine before bed. All in all, a wonderful stay.

I would have liked having a grab bar for the tub - it was about 6 inches/15 cm taller than US tubs, which is deceptive when stepping in or out. I mention it only for awareness, not as a negative.

The breakfast was nice, I especially appreciated the fresh fruit juices. The room was quite small, but that is to be expected from Paris. However, the room was nice, clean and we had everything we needed. The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is just great, not far from the centre and the metro and bus stops are very close.

Location was great. Short walk from the Arc De Triomphe. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We would definitely come back.

Overall the property was great. There was an issue with the fire alarm going off a few times on the first day. They seemed to sort this out but this was a small issue.

The hotel has been renovated recently and everything looked new. The room was very comfortable and functional despite its small size. Comfortable bed, functional desk with a lamp, enough space for working on a laptop with an external keyboard and a cup of tea. Nice bathroom, again everything was new and clean. The staff was helpful and always smiling. The desk was open late, which means easy access even after midnight. The neighborhood was quiet at night.
