I have a very positive impression of this hotel, it was so comfy - definitely helped me to relax and enjoy my stay in Paris! Very nice and cozy room, super comfortable bed, large bathroom. Great staff - very friendly and helpful, it was nice to chat. In the room there was a cattle, small fridge, iron, bathrobe in a closet, they also provided a bottle of water & chocolates every day. Also cleaning was done really good. Nice location, and the area seemed to be pretty safe.

Me personally - I liked everything, just want to mention a few things for those who are choosing a hotel, so that they have matching expectations - walls between rooms are not totally soundproof, but as far as I know this is a common thing for Paris, and you can still have a good sleep. And the hotel is not brand new, so you might notice some very minor things that could be renovated. Overall this hotel is super comfortable, cozy and nice place to stay!

The staff members were incredibly helpful. Daniel (Imad) was exceptionally resourceful. We arrived 4 hours before check-in time. He went out of his way to have our room prepared for us. He even ordered us coffee and croissants (free of charge) so we can get comfortable while the room was getting ready. The second day he gave us the necessary information (and supporting map) for our excursions in Paris and advised us on how not to get overcharged on certain services in the city. His sense of responsibility, humor and effectiveness are a reason why we will select Westside next time we visit Paris! The staff responsible for cleaning the room, making sure we have chocolate and water every day, and helping us with our luggage did a hell of a job! Great location, great staff Location: As Daniel would say: Go out, make a right, then another right and walk straight...the Arc de Triumph will be in front of you. From there, you can access the Champs-Élysées, get to the Eiffel Tower. Many bakeries and Restaurants are a walk away from the hotel.

Things that require improvement: - The elevator is tiny (2 people max, or one person with 2 luggage) - TVs have many cable stations (local and international) but are not smart TVs (wish I could broadcast my own Netflix, or apple TV) ... -The mini fridge requires an upgrade None of the issues are deal breakers for us

Rooms were more spacious than I had expected for European hotels. Location is fantastic, easy access to Metro but we decided to arrive via Uber (50 euro from CDG, 20 to EuroStar). Located within easy walking distance to Arc de Triumph and Champs D'Elysees on a quiet side street. Bakery, coffee shops and restaurants all near by. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast was so good we went almost everyday. My wife liked the shower and bathtub combo. Definitely would stay here again.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but I found the beds all through Europe to be firmer than what we're used to in North America. That was my only dislike.

The staff is extremely friendly. I had an issue with my flight with Air France and the gentleman at the reception called the company for me to solve the problem. He was really helpful! Thank you one more time. My bed was comfortable. The Champs Elysees are nearby. There are also a few bakeries and supermarkets in the street. Nice cafes and restaurants are nearby as well.

Breakfast quality could be better. I do not eat gluten so I found it difficult to find good things to enjoy for breakfast. The lift is small.

Exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Very thoughtful and courteous staff. We arrived a little early and our room was ready! After a long day travelling, this was so welcomed to be able to freshen up and leave our stuff safely in our room. The location was perfect, not a long walk to the Arc. Great supermarket at the end of the street for some essentials we had forgotten! And great bakeries and bistros. The addition of being able to book the pool and sauna privately was something we did not expect but really made our trip. We managed to secure the 9.30am slot the 3 days we were there and it was such a great way to start the day of exploring! Merci for such a memorable time in your gorgeous city!

That we had to come home!

Location was great, just 15 minutes from Arc de Triomphe. We didn't try the breakfast as we just grabbed a coffee and croissant from a variety of different pattisseries day after day. The staff were very friendly in every one of our interactions. Very clean rooms and was great to come back to freshened up room every evening.

There were a couple of points that could do with some DIY like the shower head holder being a little too stretched resulting in the shower head falling if you aren't careful and the bottom of the door to the bathroom scraping a little on the tiles making a crunching noise as you close the door. But none of these really impacted on our stay.

it was amazing! they upgraded us for free, we had a beauitful balcony over looking the city. the staff was to sweet and always helpful, we had a problem with our doorknob and they fixed it immediately. its a close walk to arc de triomphe, its perfect cause the area it not too touristy but its so clean and safe.

Very good location in Paris, 10 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe and 5 minutes away from RER and metro station Levallois. Many restaurants and cafes around. Good neighborhood, pretty good rooms, but it is pretty obvious they need furbishment. Staff was very kind, eager to help because I needed the room a little bit earlier. Breakfast was ok, but very simple : some viennoiserie, egg, ham and butter. A good stay, bed was comfortable, room was pretty big, it was clean, wi-fi was good and allowed me to work.

Although rooms are clean, they clearly need refurbishment in terms of painting, bathroom facilities etc. and there is a smell of old in the room. I had a room with view on the street, pretty noisy.

The communication with the hotel before arrival was quick and easy. Arriving, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The bed was superb, very comfortable and huge!! We loved it. Breakfast was fantastic! Everything you need to start your day happily. I would love to visit Paris again and stay at this hotel!!

The only tiny problem I had was the hair dryer wasn’t working, but I didn’t even ask them to fix for me as I sorted another way to do my hair. I’m sure they would fix it very quickly

This hotel is very beautiful and bright as I enter , I almost feel and smell the cleanliness . the staffs were all very accommodating, smiling and the service quality are so fast. I like it everything in this hotel, the interiors and the location is perfect too, just a 15 minutes walk to the iconic Arc de Triomphe and the shops are all nearby . I will definitely choose this hotel again.
