The staff were very helpful, especially Alexandra who assisted us on our arrival and Gaetan who was helpful on our departure. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location was ideal for a stop over heading North. There are plenty of local shops.

This hotel is much nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. Nice rooms with good beds and they are even fairly cosy. Bathroom is small but fine. You can make free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was great, usually hotel buffets aren't really worth their money, but there it surely is, great quality and variety of products, quite a few organic, and things you don't see every day such as grade a maple syrup, so breakfast was much better than expected.

They might need to clean the air vents a bit.

The staff were especially welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and in spite of being on a busy crossroads the room was quiet. The location is close to the A10 making it a convenient stopover when heading from the south to the channel ports. We had our dog with us and were grateful for a ground floor room.

We found it difficult to identify the hotel due to the signage - what you see is HOTEL INN with 'design' written very faintly underneath. We passed it by on the first attempt. The dinner provided by the hotel was not very good. There is very little choice of places to eat close by so many of the hotel guests ate in and this is apparently the norm so it was disappointing that they were not able to provide better fare . Although we were glad to have a room on the ground floor, it was very small and the twin beds were about 15 cm apart.

The front desk staff at both check on and check we're extremely friendly and helpful. Car parking was available right in front of the hotel. My room was clean but maybe a little refresh is needed.

There was no food available at the hotel and I was advised to go to an Italian restaurant just over the road. I did so only to be told that the kitchen was closed.It was nine thirty.

The location perfect for our needs.The staff were excellent assisting us with every aspect of our stay.They couldn't have done any more to help in what had been a very emotional time for me.I had to attend my Brother's funeral and we came from Scotland at short notice with very little of French language.Thank you all,you are a credit to the Hotel Inn.

it's our third time staying at this hotel on our drive from the UK with our dog. It's convenient location for a one-night stay is a plus but what makes us come back is the way we are received by the staff at reception. Always with a smile on their face and keen to help, makes us feel relaxed after a long day driving. I would definitely recommend.

Very good location just off the motorway. Convenient stop when travelling to or from Spain and the UK. Very lovely friendly staff. Room nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities Drinks available

Restaurant wasn't open when we were there (Thursday evening) although there are other options nearby which are walkable

The receptionist was first class, made us feel completely welcome , very efficient, had a great sense of humour, even changed our room to the ground floor ( without asking) when she saw we would benefit from this. The breakfast was a lovely selection, again the staff member was really helpful and pleasant.

The young lady at the reception was extremely courteous and helpful and couldn't do enough for us

Additional pillows would have been good, I suppose we could have asked for these but didn't think about it at the time, perhaps a notice stating if you wish for additional pillows to as at reception

Very friendly reception, all info shared. Nice buffet-breakfast with a variety of food. Very helpful staff as well. Even when they were further away, they kept an eye on you and noticed when help was needed. We were really taken care off.
