Our room and the hotel was very clean. Staff very polite and efficient. The room was large, and the beds were very comfortable too. The bathroom was clean and large enough for us. We ate in the restaurant that night and the food was good and tasty, and the beer cold and so was the cocktails! Breakfast was a continental, with lovely fresh juice.

I messaged when I booked the hotel, to inform them I was disabled, and would require a room either on the ground floor if possible, and close to the amenities as I can not walk more than a few steps. Unfortunately, we was put into room that we had to use the lift, and the room was at the bottom of a very long corridor. It probably wouldn't be far for some, but with someone with osteoarthritis in every joint, and lung disease, I wasn't very well by the time I finally made it to my room. And then in the morning, I dreaded going for breakfast, as I knew I would be stared at as I wouldn't have been able to breathe by then! Please read messages!

Cleanliness. Restaurant was reminiscent of a student cafeteria but the food was very good. Room was quirky, well maintained and meticulously clean.

There is nothing of any interest around the hotel, it is purely a place to stop over. If you are not planning an early start make sure you ask for a room away from reception and car park because some fellow travellers were up and out by 5.30 a.m. so plenty of banging doors and cars starting up not to mention the refuse collectors truck cutting thru the car park at 6 a.m. none of which is the fault of the hotel but annoying when you were planning a lie in.

As expected, a comfy, welcoming room was fine to have both a cat and a dog in the room. It's a great price, in a good spot right amongst some restaurants and takeaways. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. More than suitable for solo travellers, those with pets, or families. You know what you get with Ibis and this was no exception.

Was exactly what I expected and value for money. It's not the Conrad or a high end Hilton, but you'd know that when booking one of these. So as far as getting what you expect, no complaints here.

Clean an nice place very comfy bed and pillows

I booked double room and was charged for second person in the room! Although I have paid on arrival I haven’t received second towel… On departure I was told that there is something wrong with me as I am asking why was I charged for another person and the receptionist pointed his finger to his head insinuating I was crazy! Shocking experience! And attitude from hotel staff!

-hotel style is futuristic, room was fine and so was breakfast -very close to motorway so perfect if you're travelling by car North/South or vice versa through France -staff were very friendly and their English was excellent! -I was concerned about my 2 bikes strapped to the back of my car but they were fine :))

-The chef was not very good as both my wife and I ordered steak and chips but the chips were clearly overcooked and reheated and a good chef would never have sent them out to diners. However the waiter was very understanding and very quickly we got freshly cooked chips from the kitchen.

hard to criticise a Hotel that weve stayed in frequently and meets our precise needs for the transit reason that we are staying Only criticism is the quality of the food on the main dinner menu where the meat we have had (pork and steak) has been below our ( maybe too particular) expectations Maybe best to avoid the meat items if youre fussy

Good choice for a short stay: close to the highway, restaurant is opened late so you can get a dinner after a (long) trip. They allow pets which is very convenient for us as we travel with the cat. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, check in/out were fast and smooth.

Convenient for Futuroscope with car. Easy parking. Outside seating for meals.

Sofa bed uncomfortable and AC not as effective as it could be on a hot night. Whilst understandable the restaurant might not be open every night, having a bar facility or way of getting drinks would be good.

Very conveniently located just off the autoroute. Rooms with good beds and airconditioning. Free parking in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very decent breakfast included with the room price. Not a budget hotel, but good value for money compared with other hotels.

Located in an industrial area a bit outside Poitiers, and therefore not ideal if you plan to stay here to visit the city and the area. You need a car to get around.

Staff were helpful. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate.

Boy racers were revving cars and racing outside along the straight roads - thought we had wandered onto the next XXX film set…..noisy but luckily didn’t last long.
