We liked the front and the sides and also the view from the back up high but we couldn’t see the back unless you lean out of the window. Note. Never attempt leaning out. It’s dangerous and you could be killed or seriously injured. If you go to the square you could probably see the roof but we forgot when we were there but as a guess I would say it’s in good condition. Inside was quite nice as well so all in all we really liked the property, style and condition all good. There are really huge white vases in the window but the aren’t for sale.

It was nice and if I had a few quid and make a serious offer.

This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of downtown Poitiers. You can walk right out the front door to find restaurants and all the highlights of the city. We could walk to all the churches/cathedrals in Poitiers, as well as the tourist office, outdoor cafes, etc. We reserved their underground parking which was very secure. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. We hated to leave when our 3 nights were over. The breakfast is good also. Would highly recommend.

We arrived at 2:00 pm, a bit early for our hotel check-in, but were allowed to store our bags. We came back a couple hours later and our room still wasn't ready. The hostess offered to switch rooms for us, but we liked our room location, so we waited.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Poitiers, the room was very clean and the staff very helpful, we made use of the overnight parking which was very useful and easy to locate. breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful again.

The only very slight thing is that the hotel closes the main door after 8 and so you need to access via a code, this was easy as it happens. apart from this I can't think of any negatives to put forward as a Best western hotel it was very well presented and maintained as I have come to expect from all their hotels.

Great staff very helpful, fantastic location, good car park underground at the hotel, needs to be pre booked. Shower cubicle small certainly no romantic shower for 2 but fit for purpose, room size otherwise really good no complaints would stay again without hesitation when in the area

Nothing I didn't like , I would of liked a bar on site, reception sells drinks and you can sit in the reception area but not the same as relaxing in a bar, certainly no reason not to stay just personal preference.

Perfect location, right in the center of town. If you can't leave the car in the hotel parking there is a central public one literally 25 meter away for less than 10€ per night. Big rooms, good service, excellent breakfast to get started with your day.

Let's face it, the building and rooms are dated to put it mildly...but don't let that hold you back. It's better than the bland and soulless rooms at the other chains that are available in Poitiers and it goes with the old town flavor of the city.

The room we had was a generous size, had tea/coffee making facilities and a terrace. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over which had good water pressure. Bed was clean and comfortable, air con worked well. The location was perfect, straight out of the front door into the centre of town with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Secure underground parking is a great asset and was around 8€ for the night.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Modern, very comfortable hotel right in the centre of Poitiers. The parking is underneath the hotel, very convenient. The room was large, well equipped, with a large balcony. The staff were friendly and all spoke good English.

Some of the parking spaces are extremely tight. Although the room had a large balcony, there was no furniture. Being a modern, presumably mainly business hotel, the decor and feel was a little soulless.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom lovely with a waterfall tap and walk in shower. There was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee and a bottle of water. It was very quiet even though right in the centre of town, perfectly located for bars and restaurants.

It has an underground car park with access to the hotel up a steep set of stairs - no lift that we could see. There is a public car park almost next door which might be a better choice for anyone with mobility problems.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

The room was small for 2&dog. Bizarrely, the coffee cups available at breakfast time had to be used with the right hand only because of the design which had an asymmetric raised lip. Irritating for a left-handed person like myself but impossible for anyone with a disability affecting their right hand.

A very helpful Receptionist who was amazing ! Great location, good room, good breakfast, all in all we had a fantastic time, even when the fire alarm went off at 6.30 on a Sunday morning ! Will definately stop again.

There was nothing we didn't really like, maybe a proper bar at the Hotel, but with all the amazing places outside, probably not worth it.
