Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Our room was on the small side but is as advertised so as long as you keep everything tucked away in your suitcase it’s fine for a few days. Lots of hooks in the bathroom and complimentary water.

The location is handy for the station and walking into the centre of the old town, but we found it a bit noisy on our first night as there was live music playing outside and lots of bars. Everything wrapped up around midnight though so it wasn’t the end of the world.

It was pretty cozy country side hotel. It's beautiful place to stay in Arles. I think the location is also good to go everywhere. Pretty small town in Arles so you can go everywhere in 10min? And staff was very friendly even my train to Paris was canceled by strike however the staff tried to find the other way to Paris. It tooks long time to do that but she was very kind to help me. I'm so impressed what I had in Arles and Maison Volver. Especially the cotton linen was very comfortable to sleep.

The design of the rooms and hotel as a whole were thoughtfully put together with excellent taste and style. Comfy beds and a great night’s sleep. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and looked after us impeccably, with a personal approach tailored to your needs. Nothing is too much trouble and staff have a wealth of knowledge about the town and wider area.

the owner was very informative, I asked a lot question on Booking.com apps, and the hotel owner always answering with an informative answer. also My room has been upgraded and this was very nice! you can park your car easily before entering the old town and there is monoprix shopping center near the hotel. very easy access and nice!

The rooms and bathroom were clean. The room layout was simple but nice. I liked that there was a second door between the bedroom and main door so it was not as loud from people going up and down the stairs.

It surprised me that this is a 4 star property. There is no elevator, mini bar or kettle.

The hotel had wonderful character, delicious breakfast, and lovely personnel who were professional and personable. Florence provided assistance from day one. Dinner recommendations were exemplary. She became a member of our family during our stay.

Very friendly staff and great location. The breakfast was also exceptionally good. We also loved the renovated bathroom and the automatic rollo- blinds which allowed the room to be completely dark.

Our room was really very tiny. We had no room at all for our two (small) luggages.

By lucky coincBy lucky coincidence and courtesy of the reception woman, we were upgraded to a 'Superior Double Room'. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The place is ideally located, and there is easy public parking nearby. The hotel is dog friendly, and the breakfast was rich.

Difficulties of the staff in English, especially in the in-house restaurant, caused some minor but disturbing misunderstandings. The restaurant itself was not good enough to match the dinner price.

Very clean and nice, quite, sought after location by the train station and town center. Wonderful staff! omg gotta try the food there in the gallery! Beat food I have ever had.The price is so much reasonable than the town center.

Lovely staff - helpful and friendly. Room had excellent air con and shower and comfortable bed. Liked the location and overall vibe was cool and a little bit quirky. Hope to return one day.
