From the outside, good secure parking in an area reasonably close to the centre of town, and it could be walked if it wasn't so hot. Pool outside was great for the kids, as was the pool table, table soccer, pinball machine. Staff were efficient, some downright friendly, especially the person who looked after us in the bar area in the evening where drinks, coffee and sandwiches were available. The room was comfortable, clean and accommodated us perfectly. Nice breakfast too.

The book-in at 4 and out at 11 was formally somewhat restrictive, although the hotel accommodated us earlier in the afternoon.

This is a great place to stay in Arles and for seeing this entire region! We loved the two-story family room which was very comfortable and clean complete with a dining table for take-out food and it had a strong wifi and on-site parking! The staff is VERY helpful and kind and while we didn't have time to use the pool or jacuzzi- it looked amazing. Breakfast was very good too with lots of options to eat. The Air conditioning was also really good on both floors! Overall I highly recommend a stay here and found the price very reasonable too for what we got.

Nothing- everything was perfect.

The free car park was a benefit in this part of Arles. Though it did not have a restaurant it was within no more than 10/15 minutes walk of many eateries from fast food to good quality restaurants. Choice for breakfast was good with many choices.

An impressive looking hotel on entering the lobby and reception area making one think that it appear grander than it actually was. Though it did not have a restaurant for guests I noticed during my stay that a coach party was served their dinner every evening in a dining room away from other guests. I am sure that Arles could have coped with a coach party. After a long sweltering ride from Vichy it would have been useful to eat in on my first night rather than trudge into Arles.

Breakfast is amazingly good. They have friendly staff on hand, who make sure everything is replenished ASAP. Croissant are wonderfully fresh, you have access to fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee varieties are great. There is a variety of warm or cold. It is well worth including with your room. The facilities are impressively large and unique.

We had the superior room, not worth the extra. Its larger, but their average rooms are large by European standards. I don't particularly like the separate toilet stall, and I dislike this sheet type of toilet paper.

Very comfortable,quiet room and comfy beds in a location convenient to easily walk into town, but far enough from the center to be quiet. Appreciated the spacious, safe and free parking. Fun movie theme.

Not enough coffee supplies for three people. We had to purchase our own from a grocery store. Wish the restaurant and bar had been open.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is of good quality, love the fresh squeezed orange juice, tea is bio and tastes good.

The shower area could have one more glass door to prevent the water from splashing on the floor

Very good breakfast. Room was clean and beds very comfy. Pool is nice and children loved it. There is a small billiard table, old games machine and table soccer which we all enjoyed. Bar had a nice draft beer.

Just a very nice, presentable film themed hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Additional point, after a long day travelling we arrived at a very late hour and we were exhausted and tired with a child who was very eager to get in the pool. Despite the pool supposed to be closing the staff kept it open just so we could go in it. Wonderful customer care :)

Big room with three proper beds, good breakfast, free parking, easy access from motorway There was a small roof terrace with table and chairs.

Air conditioning could not be turned off, and temperature could not be adjusted. The room, at 21 deg C dry conditioned air, was cold. Bathroom shower did not have a curtain or whatever, and the shower slide bar was placed awkwardly near the corner. Only french TV channels.

Very modern, unique hotel. Room was huge & hotel was very close to town.

The hair dryer in room did not work so I mentioned it, but nothing happened. I let my hair dry naturally (curly) and luckily had a GHD to straighten it.
