Excellent location. Effective air conditioning Good facilities throughout hotel

They were unable to provide any gluten free bread etc.at breakfast despite the fact that I had advised them of this requirement when booking. The second morning we think there must have been some sort of power failure as the toaster, egg boiler and bacon/egg equipment not working so no hot food!

The location was perfect, it turned out that the Wednesday and Saturday market is held across the road from the hotel! The rooftop pool is a nice addition and we've used it every day. The air conditioning was working well.

There was no fridge in the room, and for the price paid I expected to have a fridge.

We loved the little pool on the rooftop, and the seating area beside it. A great space to relax. The room was a great size, really comfortable and excellent air conditioning. Staff were really helpful when we arrived and checking out as well. Good location for Arles, close to Luma and a short walk to the town centre. Right beside the market on saturdays!

We parked in the (small) underground car park, so our rooms were easily accessible by lift with our luggage. Breakfast was very nice. We didn't have time to see the pool.

There was no hot water in our room when we arrived, but reception gave us the key to another room in a different part of the building where we showered. It was fixed that evening.

AC in room virtually non existent. A very hot, sweaty night. No Bar, no Restaurant, which for a 3* Hotel I was a bit surprised by. Breakfast, OK but a bit chaotic as nothing seemed to be working and everything looked as if it had been sitting there since the day before.

Location. Big lobby. Free parking on the streets behind the hotel. Staff, welcoming. reasonably priced breakfast. Nice eating area.

Hôtel very clean and nice room but rundown. Door to room blocking with card despite best efforts by maintenance to fix it. Swimming pool not yet opened which is perfectly possible for April in the South of France. weather was gorgeous and I was expecting yo have a dip and read by the pool. Months where pool is open should be indicated on the booking. View from room, green synthetic grass on roof. Generator or aircon noise outside of hotel room window.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke excellent english. The room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food, something for everyone. The hotel is ideally located for the old city and the tourist office is right opposite and lots of restaurants near by. A great hotel to explore Arles.

Parking at the hotel carpark is quite expensive, but there is plenty of free parking in the streets behind it if you don't mind walking. The air conditioning is not very controllable so the first couple of nights were quite hot. The shower is just an attachment to the bath taps so not brilliant, but adequate.

The position is excellent, right outside the centre, two-three min walk to the heart of the city, but in a quiet location. One can park in the streets right behind free of charge. We requested an internal courtyard room, and it was extremely quiet, not sure about the rooms facing the street. The room was renovated and comfortable. Has an electric kettle and two mugs to prepare tea. There were also two teabags of black tea but we had our own. Saturday market sprawls just on the next street in front from 8 am, amazing, a great selection of French foods to take away with you.

know this hotel and its location and it was close to the things we wanted to see like the Saturday market and the museum containing the barge found in the river plus an excellent selection of Roman artifacts.

bath tub was very high off the floor so some kind of bar to hold on to while getting in and out would have made us feel more secure. No info on how to get from the train station to the hotel using a bus. We found out on our own that the number 1 bus ran from the SNCF to the hotel.

The room was fine and it's near the centre of town. The staff were helpful in answering our queries and were prepared to go the extra mile when we had local transportation difficulties.

They have no shuttle from the railway station and there are very few available taxis in Arles. The result was that we got into difficulties travelling from the station, which is just out of town, to the hotel which is near the centre. Not the hotel's fault but perhaps they could have provided info about local buses etc. Maybe they don't expect guests to arrive by train. The breakfast was only adequate really - a buffet with no personal service. But OK.
