We loved the location. It was very quiet from the busy road outside, but also from the guests inside too. The room was very clean and comfortable and as we had stayed last year, we knew what to expect and it was excellent again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We parked the car and that worked well too.

There were 4 sachets of coffee for 4 people. It would have been god to have 2 or 3 each. Maybe we could have asked for more but there was no sign telling us so. Also some uht milk would have been nice. There was shower gel and shampoo for the shower but we had nothing for the bath. We put some of each in a cup and used that, but it would have been lovely to have had some for the bath.

The staff were very helpful, their English was excellent which was a huge relief as my french is painful. For example, hanging around in the lobby the morning of departure they asked if we wanted any extra pastries left over from breakfast. Kind and sustainable. The hotel has a quirky maritime vibe, but also japanese vibes in rooms, odd, but we liked it. Spacious rooms, tailored to families. The lobby / reception is simple, a bit shabby, but warm.

I almost blacked out trying to park my car in the garage with teeny-tiny spots under the hotel. Never again.

Ladies at the reception were very helpful in every aspect - assisting in upgrading the room, helping with phone calls and with dinner for kids. As we were travelling with 2 kids and dog they helped us to change a room for a suite - bigger one and with a good view. It helped a lot. The room had all the amenities and even small cosmetic present. Bathrobes and slippers were also available. Interesting design of the room and bathroom, comfortable bed and shower. The hotel is not located in the center but honest 20 minutes of walking made it even nicer for us.

Just small details that might help other travellers - due to design of the room bathroom doors have some gaps (like cowboy saloon doors). If you're there with kids you'd better use towells or bathrobes to drape the "holes". Extra beds for kids (folding sofas) were a bit uncomfortable, one is broken (fold-unfold).

The room was lovely and well thought out. The breakfast was good with a wide range of choices and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We couldn’t fit our car into the underground car park so had to park on the road. The car got broken into while we were asleep and a lot of our stuff was taken. Do not park on the road unless you can see that there is a CCTV camera pointing at your car.

The welcome was warm and the room - size and presentation - exceeded expectations. The service was up to par and the breakfast was very good - well worth the money and excellent quality. The quality of the decor and rooms was very good, it felt very new and modern, and very well appointed.

Nothing really. The lift service was a bit of an issue - we were on 2nd floor and trying to get a lift down to the lobby with all our bags at the busy check out time was impossible. We let three go (full from other floors above) before pulling our bags down via the stairs. But that's really a very minor thing

Everything! The welcome and check-in was marvellous, the room spacious and super clean and absolutely perfectly set up for our family. The beds were amazingly comfortable (more comfortable than our beds at home) and the bathroom facilities were ideal. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.. something for even the fussiest of eaters (like our daughter!). Simply the best!

Breakfast too expensive - 15 euros for a 3-year-old, or even an adult feels too much so we went elsewhere. Tea and coffee facilities in bedroom were minimal, would have expected to be able to make a cup of tea for the price of the room. Bit of a walk into city centre, but not too far.

Room was spacious, very clean Bed was very comfortable Room had nice view, towards Seine river Bathroom had both shower and a bath tub Breakfast was very good and diversified Hotel has parking spaces available, which do not require booking in advance. There is an elevator from the parking lot, leading straight to the hotel accommodation areas. Distance until city center is relatively short

Minor thing - soap in the bathroom was almost finished. Not a significant problem, since we always carry a reserve.

We (2 adults and 2 children) lived at Novotel Suites in Rouen for an entire week. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel (both the room and in general) was nice and clean. We can deffinetely recommend a stay at Novotel Suites.

The air-conditioning was not good enough in the room and the room was very warm even though we set the temp to low. Also some items like scrambld egg, baked beans got over by 10am during buffet breakfast. When asked.. the staff initially said there is no more egg and finally brought some egg for us from kitchen. This was pretty bad as we paid for breakfast but did not have all food available. The available food was delicious.
