What an excellent budget hotel. I arrived to a cool room. The temperature had been set to 18C. I soon warmed up by adjusting it. The air conditioning works well. The WiFi works well if a tad slow. Maybe someone else was streaming at the same time. The bed is comfortable and a good size. Large bathroom with shower in the bath. Space to move around unlike some of the modular bathroom fittings at other budget hotels. Good breakfast in the morning. I cannot find fault in the hotel. (My "complaints" are outside of the hotel control).

This is me being extremely picky but the location takes you through some twists and turns. Thank goodness for GPS navigation. I have not deducted points because once at the hotel, so the positive aspects begin.

Staff friendly and helpful.. air con worked, beds comfy, room clean, nice sized room and the location and hotel was very quiet even though it was in an industrial area. Very convenient for the motorway network.

Cosmetically the room needed some attention, i.e slide rail bar on the shower broken. Kettle in the room, but no cups. No restaurant within walking distance, the nearest one is a 10 minute drive and does not open until 7.00p.m. We arrived after a long days drive, were very hungry and nowhere to find food close by.

Clean room - quiet as requested and clean bathroom. Kettle in the room for tea/coffee (no milk).Comfortable firm bed. Friendly welcome. Accepting of pet dog - allowed in the breakfast room. Decent budget breakfast. Just off the motorway.

Located on a business park. Little choice of restaurants within walking distance for evening meal - sadly the only one recommended was closed. There were several chain type restaurants within a short drive though. Paper drinking cups in the room.

We live about ten kilometres away from this hotel but have never really seen it , despite its closeness to the A10 motorway and the town. Our one night stay enabled us to enjoy a birthday celebration dinner at a nearby restaurant. A clean and pleasant hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and well-designed rooms and reception area. Large free car park almost empty - few guests possibly since the motorway was not operating owing to a local "manifestation".

Great location to the motorway , good restaurant nearby , excellent ground floor room for us to bring the dog , green spaces to walk the dog, the hotel is on an business park but don’t let that put you off as it has everything you need for overnight stay with pets after a long journey , nearby restaurant excellent and you get 10% discount with your card , we stayed here both on our outbound and inbound legs of our journey and would highly recommend, hotel is basic but very clean and just what we were looking for , and we were made to feel very welcome and reception was extremely helpful on giving us the same room twice , communicating with the hotel is easy and they respond very quickly, all in all would stay again and it’s great value for money,

Lovely comfortable room with balcony. Good secure parking right outside. Next to main A 10 bit very Little noise. No evening restaurant but plenty of places to eat on urbanisation. Cafés Burgers and Wok. We found a Fantastic Patteserie and bought a Lovely banquete sándwich and cakes. Room spotlessly clean, beds extremely comfy and with good TV and coffee and tea making Facilities Good Breakfast. Would easily recommend !

convenient to motorway and Saintes town, excellent value, comfortable room with patio door to outside which was useful as we had a dog, good breakfast, close to a restaurant for evening meal.

We were on route to Portugal travelling with 2 dogs. We came to the hotel straight from the Caen ferry. Had a great nights sleep, hotel was perfect for us, clean and welcoming. Great breakfast in the morning. Staff were super helpful.

On first sight lthe location seemed strange -in a commercial/business park and from the outside the hotel looked closed. Closer inspection revealed it was indeed open and once inside very welcoming. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and efficient. Room was small but clean and comfortable. BBC world news on TV a bonus. My little dog was welcome, tho reception closing at 9pm seemed early but later access thru a side door worked fine.

Overall hotel met our needs and if Saintes another time would use again.

Everything, it is very rare that you get a wheelchair accessible hotel that doesn’t just do lip service. The room, bathroom & hotel is fully accessible, and our dog is welcome too. the manager is wonderful and so very helpful and efficient. He even rescued me from being stuck in the car!

Nothing, but twin beds would have been easier.
