We had dinner and breakfast. Both meals were very good. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

We had two reservations booked at the Ibis Hotel, one on the 2nd June and one on the 13th June. On the 2nd of June all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating and the stay was very good. On the 13th of June the reception on arrival was very accommodating and welcoming. However, when we checked out the particular receptionist was unnecessarily very abrupt, aggressive and very self opinionated. I think this needs to be addressed.

Well presented Ibis. Clean. Very welcoming. Would seem to have been recently upgraded. Good restaurant. Breakfast was one of the best. Close to A10 but no noise from the road. Would definitely rebook if travelling from Northern Spain to one of the French ferry ports

Restaurant unavailable, we had been warned but that's the reason we book it. Once we had paid then telling us with no cancellation allowed is not really fair.

I felt that the staff was not that morning staff was not so engaged with their guests. It was me who had to initiate greetings and communication was non-enthusiastic, rather surprisingly cold. it was odd as I have been staying at Ibis Hotels before and always received professional and friendly communication.

My son and I had a very pleasant nights stay in this ibis hotel. It was a fantastic location for us as a stopover as we were driving home to the UK from Spain. 5 minutes from the nearest motorway junction. The team was extremely nice, fun, helpful, professional and accommodating. I have stayed in a number of ibis hotels and would have to say the team here were the best. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to friends and family.

I'll be honest, I didn't have high expectations of an ibis hotel, just that we could get a good night's sleep on our trip. The staff were lovely, they gave the family a connecting room which was brilliant. The beds were clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Breakfast was small and all the guests were to close to each other coffee machine was ok but fresh coffee would be nice

The gate closed and I couldn’t get in as my phone died so I had to wait for someone else to turn up

We were traveling with 2 dogs and could stay for one night and recharge our batteries. Great value for money. Stuff was super friendly. Hotel and Rooms were cosy and quite. On my next trip we will use this hotel again.

easy to reach from A10 motorway. surrounded by pretty trees to block out neighboring buildings.

sadly it rained hard early evening so staff were busy mopping up and using buckets to collect water dripping though glass roof in foyer.

Very handy location just off the main road/autopiste/ highway. Great facilities, bar, restaurant etc and also other restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Check in easy, parking etc Dogs allowed which was fabulous. Definitely good value for money.
