Neat and clean hotel offering a friendly and professional welcome. The rooms are basic but spotless and comfortable, with everything you need for a quiet night's sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast, which comprised the usual fresh bread, croissants, yoghurts etc. Conveniently located if you are traveling on the A10, with a few restaurants withing walking distance. - we had a good meal at the Bistro Regent.

Location just of A10. Easy access next door to restaurant and 5 mins car to centre parking for bars, restaurants etc. Modern bathroom. Enviro friendly. Very friendly staff. For a small hotel it provides excellent value for money and we would certainly return.

As Brits we would have liked milk sachets for tea! We didn’t ask so unsure whether these could have been provided.

Bed was very comfortable, there was no noise. The hotel staff very very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again .

Great location for a stopover on a long journey as the hotel is just a couple of minutes off the motorway. A 15-20 minute walks puts you into the lovely Saintes town center which is well worth a visit.

Considering the hotel is near a busy road, it is very quiet. The breakfast was good. We requested a cot for our baby and this was provided. The shower had good water pressure.

This is very minor, but we could only access the restaurant by stairs, which is difficult with a pram.

Great location for stop over, comfy bed great shower, perfect cleanliness, easy check in and just off of main road with fuel station at super market just 5 minutes away, great restaurant next to the property, nice breakfast, everything you need and more.

This is a regular stopping off point for us on our drive to Portugal, just a few minutes off the motorway. It’s always clean and relatively comfortable with some good restaurants nearby and some shops just down the road.

The pricing per pet per night is a little steep, especially if your dogs are small like ours.

Very friendly staff who kindly spoke English to me at check in. Very nice room with extra large bathroom. Internet best I have ever had in a hotel which was needed as we were travelling. Good well lit parking.
