The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Parking was very easy and convenient. I ate breakfast and two dinners while there and all were excellent.. tasty and well-priced. The location was convenient.

My only concern was the smell of the cleaning products when I first arrived; it was so strong that it burned my throat and hurt my eyes. I'm not usually affected by smells, but this was over-powering. I tried sleeping with my head under the covers, but I could still smell it. I kept the AC on all night, opened the windows, and asked housekeeping not to clean the room. The smell lingered for 2 days, and finally was gone by the third day. The front desk offered to change my room, but by then I only had one day left and I decided to spend my time sightseeing instead of packing and moving. I recommend this lodging, especially if you ask that your room not be cleaned with any strong-smelling products.

The most comfortable mattress I have come across in a hotel in years! Brand new (I inquired), and with a softer topper that was really good for my bad back. I have lost track of the sleepless nights I have had in hotels due to hard mattresses. Friendly, helpful staff - the lady on reception this morning kindly filled all three of my water bottles, and the man on reception last night came to show me how to work the blind, which is not obvious (the control button looks like a light switch, and is next to a lamp as well, for added confusion). Instructions in the room on how to work the blind would be good. Great shower, and futuristic green mood lighting. Kettle, tea and coffee making things, even biscuits. ;) I do not expect that abroad!

Bit of a feel of a budget US motel, especially if you had a room on the ground floor. (I asked to be on an upper floor.) Pillow was hard - luckily I had brought my own. Was assigned a twin room - prefer a double, as am not used to sleeping in a single bed.

The hotel is easy to find and reception is very welcoming. There looks to be a lovely bar/restaurant however I cannot comment on this as I did not use. Parking is close to your room and rooms are clean however there is a slight smell of damp in the bathroom but this was ok as it was spotless. Beds were clean with crisp white sheets however I didn't sleep great. This may be because i am used to a different kind of bed so some may like it. Overall good value for money in a convenient location and clean. Fantastic for overnight stay. Would stay again.

Beds a bit uncomfortable however may be down to ones taste.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We got a ground floor room, as requested. We were arriving quite late and stayed in contact with the kind receptionist.The room is larger than in most hotels like this. I liked the mattress, my partner found it too soft.

The shower was a little low for my tall partner and it wasn't totally clean. Opening a window with the blinders closed didn't work well.

Quiet location but in walking distance of 3 eating places. Kettle in the room which is very rare in France so was pleased to get my cup of tea. The restaurant and bar looked very nice and the smell of fresh croissants being cooked early in the morning as I was walking to my car was heaven. The accommodation was a good size and bathroom bigger than most I could not fault the hotel and 20 minutes to charles de gaulle and the price was excellent and plenty of car parking space. And a bonus if you spoke you walk out of your room and your outside and can have a ciggerette with your tea or coffee as it's like a America hotel where each room your front door goes to the outside

Staff are amazing and super friendly. The location was perfect as you are only a 20 minute walk from the center. The room size was adequate and comfortable.I loved how we sat at the breakfast tables side by side with others. Felt like a community after being isolated by covid for so long. Clever move by the staff. I would definitely stay here again.

A few stains on the duvet cover and a faint smell in the room that was not pleasant. They had the windows open upon arrival and they must have noticed it too so they were airing it. Apart from that I would definitely stay here again.

Room and bathroom were spacious enough, and Yann was helpful enough to provide a late access option after we were delayed in arriving.

Walls aren't at all soundproof, and we probably woke up our neighbours when we arrived, even though we were speaking softly. Neighbours on one side were up at 7am and chatted. We could tell they were speaking Dutch through the thin walls!

The room was very quiet and located on the garden site, which was very nice. It was comfortable and spacious enough with a writing table, coffee and tea. Breakfast was rich with a big variety of food to choose from. The lounge, breadfast area and bar were fresh, cosy and welcoming.

The texture of the walls and ceiling were strange.

The breakfast was fantastic. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Close to the centre by car (on foot 10/15mins). The staff was very nice.

The air conditioning didn't work in the first family room they gave us. The room we finally got, even if it was smaller was fine. The refund for getting a smaller room instead of the big family one was minimal. I expected more than €25 for 6 nights.

Dependable Campanile room - not as overpoweringly green as others we've stated in. Plenty of room, spotlessly clean, kettle & coffee, big comfortable bed, easy parking, friendly receptionist, great value. Short drive to the centre for impressive cathedral & old town. Great stopover.
