Ski in ski out hotel, they gave me a room with nice view towards the mountain. restaurant les etincelles was the best with different menu everyday and the staff was very well trained. hot pool is amazing. each room comes with its own ski boots and ski lockers which are heated.

one day we tried restaurant chaumieres downstairs. service was horrible here unfortunately, we where two hours seated just to eat a raclette ( which needs no cooking) and ordered dessert and was never served the dessert we just left. they never apologised for this in fact my colleague got called back to pay orangina we ordered. we did a complaint in the reception but this was not directed. it’s a shame

We enjoyed staying at Village Montana for many reasons. The restaurant Les Etincelles serves an exceptionally tasty evening menu. We were surprised the quality was so good for such a busy hotel. La Chaumiere was also excellent. There is plenty of staff at all times to help and serve so the service is quick and prompt. We arrived quite late the first night so the hotel kindly organised a late night snack for our family, parking onsite, ski rentals, bunk beds for kids and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and return!

nothing.

Great breakfast and brilliant location - right int the centre of Tignes and very accessible for skiing.

Unfortunately even though we were on half board when we arrived, the restaurants were already booked up so we had to eat pretty late, or the hotel kindly offered to switch to a few lunch meals on the days where no restaurants were available.

Easy ski-in ski-out. Large modern clean rooms, beautifully decorated and appointed. Spa a great addition. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Food great, good variety at breakfast and set evening menu delivios.

Nothing not to like. Outdoor pool area could do with some TLC but only compared to the rest of the hotel which was immaculately kept.

the location was perfect. staff were very friendly and helpful. excellent facilities. the spa treatments were great and the kids loved the swimming pool

we didn’t like the food. I don’t eat fish and I wasn’t offered an alternate. we were half board but because we didn’t like the food we spent most night walking to the village to book in to a restaurant

We had half board and both breakfast end dinner was really great. Dinner was set menu served at the tables but it was possible to switch to items from the a la carte menu. The service at the hotel was actually some of the best I have ever experienced and I have travelled a lot through the years. With extremely short notice we called them and asked to move our reservation one day ahead. They did so without any problems and when we arrived very late we found that they had left in our room plates with charcuterie, salads and desserts for us to choose from. Just what we needed after a long day on the road. If we ever go to Tignes again we will for sure return to this hotel. Location also great. Quiet but close to all the activities around the lake.

we liked the space, the staff, the included food was good and the rooms were comfortable and exactly what we needed.

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like really, it was great - but given it’s a bit of an older hotel around the edges and our daughter couldn’t yet ski in and out of it - and it was filled with English people who are a bit annoying (we’re English too) - it was very good and not excellent

Lovely room and a Pool with a mountain view. friendly staff.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Catering staff seemed to struggle keeping up with demand, we ended up losing hope for Bacon and pancakes! also no Hot Chocolate, when you pay a premium for breakfast you expect the basics.

Fantastic slope side location for ski in ski out in the middle of the resort. Brilliant breakfast buffet. Excellent evening meal with superb dessert buffet and outstanding cheese table.

Not sure how to solve but the pool tables were regularly not in use because the balls had been stolen. There appears to be a charge for the swimming pool now so we didn't use it.

Food was excellent, staff were lovely and very accommodating. We were half board and the kids (10,12) ate from the daily menu rather than the children’s meals which was great.

Bar was very pricey!
