We spent a week in the hotel and could have not picked a better one! Nice, quiet and clean hotel with very friendly staff, tasty food and an amazing spa. There is everything under one roof. The hotel has a ski shop where you can hire your ski/snowboard so you don't have to go anywhere else. The staff at the ski shop could have not been more helpful. They were absolutely brilliant - they even help you to put your boots on and off if you want to! The staff at the reception are happy to organise ski passes for you as well. There is also valet parking which costs €28.00 a night. The food was delicious! We booked half board - continental breakfast with a variety of pastries and a 3-course meal for dinner. We could choose a starter and a main from the daily special menu or the standard one. Just drinks are not included and sometimes you have to pay a bit extra if you choose the meal from the standard menu but it wasn't a big deal. There was a variety of desserts or cheeses as well. After skiing (or if you want to skip a day of skiing) you can relax in the spa or book a massage. The spa area has a clean jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool. Overall, very positive experience and I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Amazing view onto the mountains from the room. We had chosen the half board option, the restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel is only 1 year old, very modern, beautifully decorated and ideally located at the bottom of the ski slopes. It takes 50 meters by foot to reach the ski slopes. The fact that the boots and skis can be rented on the premises is definitely a plus! The staff in the ski shop is devoted to make you fell comfortable. Than you very much to all staff for their devotion in making the holidays unforgettable!

I wouldn't recommend the partnership with he other "Les Etincelles" restaurants in Tignes. They are way below the Voulez-Vous standards, cuisine and service wise. And unfortunately the temperature of the hot water in our shower was not high enough. It felt cold, especially after a long day in the cold.

All the food at the hotel was excellent. Breakfast offered a broad choice, and we particularly enjoyed the scrambled egg and the fresh croissants. The bread sticks and olives that accompanied drinks in the bar were much appreciated. Evening meals were always superb, restaurant quality food, delicious bread rolls with the meal, and we loved the dessert buffet so much we never tried the cheese! All the restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and polite. We would also particularly like to mention the lovely staff in the boot room, especially Johan. I have never before had anyone put on or take off my ski boots, absolute luxury. They were always helpful with locating our skis/boots, and with advice about where to ski. Thank you to them.

We were disappointed that the rule stipulating children were not allowed in the spa in the evenings was not enforced. On several occasions, our use of the jacuzzi was spoilt by small children playing and splashing in there with no regard for other users, usually unsupervised by parents.

Great Breakfast, and superb half board food for adults. Staff very very keen to please and helpful. Ski Boot concierge service to help put them on and take them off in the morning and afternoon was excellent for the children and beginners in our group. The evening cabaret entertainment for four nights was as bonus, the kids loved it. Karaoke room was also a big hit and the pool spa area was a popular option apres ski.

Evening menu selection for children was limited, fussy eaters may struggle. Would have been different if a few more child friendly options were made available. Just adding french fries wood have solved the issue.

The staff overall made our stay. They were incredibly helpful and polite and went out of their way to accommodate us (e.g. by the shuttle driver turning up 15 mins early on our departure day just to take us to the bus station). The two gentlemen in the ski hire and boot room were incredible (they literally helped my wife to put her boots on and take them off every day! I have never seen service like that anywhere else.

Literally the only thing negative on our stay was the egg chef at breakfast (who appeared to have had a charisma by-pass) !

Room was a very good size, bathroom also large. Bed was really comfy and big. For skiers a pleasing number of pegs to hang things on! The hotel offers a free shuttle around Le Lac and Val Claret which was super handy for dinner etc. The staff were always very friendly and helpful especially the ones working in the ski room. They helped us a lot with restaurant recommendations, ski lessons etc, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good with a large range of choices. Overall we were very happy with our choice to stay here.

The hotel is mentioned on booking.com as being ski in/ski out - it isn't. It's very close to the piste but you have to cross a road and walk uphill about 30m to get from the piste to the hotel. Not a major issue but if true ski in/out is what you want I think the description is a bit misleading. The spa is nice but steam room/jacuzzi area could do with a clean. The aircon in the rooms doesn't have an option to turn off completely - again not a major issue but a bit odd.

You went out of your way to find us skiing lessons, and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast - Great healthy choices, and personally cooked omelettes Ski service - Really helpful, and exceeded my expectations - making our boots more comfortable, for example. Spa - Got crowded at peak times - especially the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Worth using though

Very comfortable, especially the large bed! Breakfast and the spa were excellent. On the one occasion we dined in the restaurant, food was of high standard and good value. The service in the ski shop was exceptional but, that said, all the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful - thank you!

Minor gripe - Wifi in the room required frequent re-authentication... but it was free ;)

It was my first time at a ski resort so I wanted to make sure I book something comfortable in case I don't go out skiing. The room was comfortable, large enough for the 2 of us. Great view of the slopes, not noisy. It had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast selection and the beautiful view as well. The spa and the pool was clean and quiet, perfect place to relax after ski. The lobby bar with cocktails, live music and fireplace is very cozy. I'd like to mention that Francois in the ski room helped us a lot, my husband is advanced skier and he recommended professional equipment for him to try during the week. He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable, on top of that very friendly and attentive too. It's nice that he remembered our names and brought or boots right away. We were happy with the restaurant's dinner selection and also went to try the other restaurants as they were included in our package. The valet service is a good addition as well. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

After arriving from our weekly accommodation that did not meet our expectations, we arrived at this hotel and were instantly blown away. The staff was fantastic and promptly took our bags and stored them. They then offered us a complimentary upgrade because they saw my three children and all of our luggage and wanted us to be comfortable for the night. They allowed us to check-in at 1pm without any additional fee. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is suburb. This place is a true testimate of "you getting what you pay for." Stay there and enjoy even if it is only for one night.
