Location was great with ski lifts, shops, eateries and entertainment close by. Also close to Le Lac bus depot. I loved the ambiance of this Alps style lodge with warm comfortable common areas, great for cozy conversation. The bar area was staffed in the evenings, so a nice place to relax outside of the cute compact rooms. Unfortunately the restaurant area with great mountain views was only used for their adequate breakfast, with only larger groups able to arrange for outside catered meals to be served for dinner. We did try one of their pre-prepared dinners one evening which would be best described as an evening snack, but was an interesting concept. We especially enjoyed the spa with sauna, and there was also a hot tub and steam room.

While the facilities presented a warm homelike appeal, the staff lacked a matching personality. This may have been merely a language problem, and we figured things out as we eventually went along. I would suggest that the rooms be equipped with at least a hot water pot.

Breakfast was fab with great views of the slopes and mountains to look at while you ate, the bar area very cute with a lovely lounge seating area with a wood fire, great ski room, easy access to the slopes, local for some great restaurants, local bus service great and easy to use with the Tignes App. Staff were super helpful. The room was small but as the beds were so comfortable for sleeping and the rest of the time we were out it really was not an issue. Great balcony with fab views. Superb clean and efficient.

Decor above first floor a little tired as was furniture in rooms and the electric point hanging off the wall in the bathroom looked a little suspect.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and welcoming. The proximity to the pistes and the view onto the mountains made the trip amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and spa was an added bonus.

Room was close to the night entrance and the walls seemed relatively this as the noise was a little disturbing. The fire alarm went off, but that was not really the hotels fault.

A family owned establishment with an air of tradition and French heritage.

The location is ideal for accessing the Ski lifts and the village amenities.

perfect location next to the slopes, about 20m walking. sauna and hammam were perfect! clean and beautifull hotels! the best people working there

the matress on the bed was too hard, especially when coming back from skiing

We had a very nice stay. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection. The hotel was nice and quiet and only a couple of minutes walk to the pistes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely breakfast which they set up early for us so we could make our transfer. The spa is also fantastic, with an incredible outdoor terrace to cool off and soak up the view.
