Good location, close to Canal du Midi. Easy to get to the centre walking about 25 - 30 minutes. 15 minutes walk to train station. Clean and comfortable room. Bed a good size. Nice big window letting a good amount of light in. Friendly reception staff.

Not enough storage space - It's ok for a 2 night stay but any longer it would need to have a cupboard and more hangers ideally. Asked about Gluten free options for breakfast for my partner at reception, told yes there will be items. Go to breakfast the next morning and ask the catering staff and no gluten free alternatives for bread and cereal. The only food for them was ham slices, yoghurt and cheese.

Very good value for money. You can walk to the main train station. There is also a metro station nearby. A convenience store is located just across the street. The amenities are basic, but sufficient for a short stay. The whole hotel was also very clean. It is Ibis after all. You always know what you are paying for and it never disappoints.

Breakfast is rather plain, but you have to remember you are in France. The name petit-déjeuner speaks for itself.

.The decoration of corridors, bedroom doors and public areas : looks like graffitis and poor painting in a cheap 70s missed look and atmosphere, too poorly done, too bad ! .slamming doors way too noisy .breakfast does not have much dairy products and no sauces for the eggs.

Hotel rooms are tired and need refurbishment but the hotel is clean and my bed was comfortable. The location is excellent. A short walk to everything. Secure car park (extra) an added bonus. Breakfast could not be faulted. Staff are exceptionally friendly which is always nice. I enjoyed my stay.

The doors to the hotel were closed, there was no sign and the mural obscured the inside so we thought there was no hotel there. It took us a long time and stress to figure it out. Again it was only because the mural doors were open!!!! Unnecessary stress!

Breakfast was good. Overall facilities were very good. Very central location was excellent. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Value for money was excellent. Ill start with that. This is by no means a negative review. I stayed on the 6th floor. It was very hot. There was no way to reduce the temperature in the room. Only turn on heating. The location was quite loud (we had to have the window open because of the heat), lots of shouting in the street at all hours. But I can't complain as we were in the middle of a large city. Not at all the fault of the hotel. We were in room 609 everything was good apart from the cleanliness of the bath. The silicon edges of the bath were stained and slightly mouldy. Rusty fittings in the bath and what looked liked cigarette burns on the sink.

Nice and close to the canal du midi, easy to find while cycling. Close enough to “old town” to walk. Safely parked bikes in car garage for free, although we did get lost getting out as the lights turned off. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Wonderful. . An exception for a hotel in France, NO NOISE COULD BE HEARD. ANY NOISES COULD BE HEARD FROM ANY NEIGHBOR!!! I was able to sleep pleasantly!!!!!!! . VERY GOOD soundproofing. very friendly and professional staff. to repeat and recommend!!!!

We only had to stay for a night. It has parking- but it was hard to find the way out of the parking 😂 (for extra fee). The room was clean, and there was a big bathroom. There is no hair dryer. Amazing and fresh bufet breakfast!

Clean room with sufficient space in east-of-center location. Quite close to center (15 min. approx walk). Several bars and restaurants close by including kebab shop and a convenience store. Close to the famous cemetery (although it was closed for security reasons during my stay).
