The staff were amazing. They made the stay a delight. They enjoyed our attempts at French, found us excellent places to eat, suggested a day trip to their hometown which was outstanding and explained how easy navigating the transport system was. Never less than engaged and kind. Little home made breakfasts were a treat.

Although very clean and well cared for during our stay, the room and hotel itself was looking a little tired. I do think the aftermath of Covid and businesses struggling to catch up lingers. It’s not a chic place maybe, but it was certainly friendly. Few issues with shower, but immediately attended to with concern. I would certainly feel safe there if travelling as a female alone. It was in a wonderful location and Toulouse has much to offer. I’d stay there again

Location couldn't be better, right in the middle of beautiful "old town" shopping streets but only 5 minutes walk to Capitole. Place Saint Georges is right next to the hotel and has some good bars for a drink in the evening. Overall I felt very safe in this neighbourhood. Toulouse in general is a really walkable city, so everything was within easy reach. We came by car and found parking easy, the streets are a bit mad but that's to be expected in cities regardless. We found the Parking Saint Georges was the best for us, a bit of a quieter area and only a couple of minute's walk to the hotel, it was €30 for 24 hours. The room was good, nothing to complain about, very cute and quaint. Loved that there were only 12 rooms in the hotel, felt very homey. The staff were really lovely, always happy to help. Would recommend, we'll be back!

No lift, not an issue for us at all but good to know for others.

This is a gem of a small hotel. It couldn't be more central with a wide variety of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walking distance. The staff are incredible. They all spoke perfect English and couldn't have been more helpful. Amazing breakfasts were brought to our room each morning. Fresh fruit salads, orange juice, patisserie, and homemade yogurts and as much tea and coffee as we wanted.The decor is zany and fun.

Parking is available if prebooked. It's a bit tricky to find and involves a member of staff opening up the door/garage initially. The outside street is very narrow, which is charming but hard to navigate in a car.

Staff really friendly and very helpful. Room was lovely and spacious. Hôtel was done nicely. Close to bars and restaurants

Booked parking prior to staying but the space available was far too narrow due to there being a pillar when trying to park in the space and cars parked either side so no room to manoeuvre and I only have a small car, however the friendly staff member gave me directions to the car park which was only a few minutes walk from hotel

Great little hotel in the town centre, clean, friendly, comfortable, decorated with great taste. All the modern comfort as well as the charm of an old building. Very quiet and calm, comfortable bed. Bonus points for the amazing breakfast served every morning in the room, perfect for a lazy start of the day. I go to Toulouse often and will absolutely be staying again!

This is me nitpicking on a small detail, but some hidden corners were a bit dusty.

Good location in the centre of Toulouse and we could walk from the railway station. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff on arrival. We were late but got there before 22.00. Yoann even apologized for his English which was good. Its us English that should be apologizing because our French is terrible. Would stay again if we are ever back that way

Thought the breakfast was a little more expensive than we had paid at other Hotels but it was good and brought to our room so it's not a complaint.

Wonderful location. Nicely decorated hotel room in a classic building. Staff were so friendly and took care of us very well. Numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Luckily a museum next door was open to the public while we were there. Bed was firm and soft, very comfortable. There was not a lift but staff helped luggages.

Bath room was nicely renovated and great bath with a hand shower, but no standing shower. No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

The location was spectacular. Right around the corner from cafes and in the middle of it all Staff waited for us to unload our car and helped with our bags. Gave us food recommendations. They went over the top to make us feel welcome. Really top notch service. Rooms are cute. Lobby has little extras like drinks.

Our shower could have used some warmer water and a better drain. Staff came right away to fix.

The location was perfect, not too far from the station and right in the centre of the city. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful..

The sliding door to the bathroom did not close against the wall and the shower did not fit on the wall, you had to hold it. Small things, other than that nothing to complain about!

It is pretty charming and reminded me a little to England. If you step into the staircase, it looks a little “uneven” in this case…. The room was pretty nice and big enough.

The breakfast is expensive for what it offers. Firstly we had ordered it, but then we cancelled due to a private rdv. This was no problem by the way. But around the corner would be also a nice bakery for people which prefer this….
