Great location, just a short walk to the Capitole, the main shopping areas and lots of places to eat and drink. Easy parking which was very secure with easy access to the hotel. Check-in was very quick, easy and the staff were very helpful with information and giving directions. Very spacious room with king size bed which was very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities was a nice to have.

Using the toilet was not easy due to it being in a cramped corner making access difficult.

Booked a family room and was not disappointed. Rooms were spacious enough and even had a kitchenette. Location was central to transportation, great eateries, and bars (wine to be exact). Highly recommend their breakfast buffet. Rivals Vegas any day, to include being VERY kid-friendly. It was made for every kind of food preference with great staff service. Their lobby bar was nice, and extra bonus you get a 5€ drink voucher if you forgo room cleaning each day. Brand selection was also impressive.

Day trips were unfeasible if only there for 3 days. Book tours before arriving as some sell out.

Great hotel with comfy beds and air conditioning, in a very central location. Lots of restaurants and shops right next to it. The check-in and check-out is quick, the staff is friendly. The Wi-Fi works well. The swimming pool is not big, but provides a good option to cool down and relax on a hot summer day, and there is plenty of sun loungers to enjoy a book in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Overall, had a pleasant stay here and would be happy to come back.

We had an apartment on 7th floor which was very spacious with a huge deck. It was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The location of the hotel was brilliant, close to everything within walking distance. Very large shopping centre attached to the hotel.

Great breakfast, super cool design and lots of children's activities in the recrption hall. Servica staff is always up and ready to assist. Big comfy rooms. Note that floors 2-4 are with showers and 5-7 are with bath tubs. The pool bar and surroundimgs is great too.

The pool is a simbolic one, as it is tiny, but who has time to swim when Toulouse is just ouside the doors?

We were told breakfast was until 11am. The first day was fine but when we went to the restaurant the next day for breakfast at 10am, the staff told us it was finished. Communication on this detail was bad and therefore we missed a breakfast which we had paid for.

We had the apartment and it allows you the privacy and comfort of two separate bedrooms. It has all the amenities… very clean, comfortable. Also the staff at the front desk was awesome, nice and always willing to help

The decoration and furniture downstairs could use a refresher as they are outdated

Location is very convenient, walking distance to downtown, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast seemed a little expensive, not a lot of variety. Room had some minor damage on the doors but was very clean.

Dents and scratches in all doors, toilette separated from washroom is not convenient.

Excellent breakfast choices available. Friendly staff throughout our stay. In fact, due to flight issues and missing one night at the hotel we were delighted to receive an upgrade on our arrival! It made our trip.

Honestly, I could not fault anything!

Staff were helpful and all of them spoke good English. Large TV screen (apparently they were changing all TVs in the rooms to the larger models) which included a few stations in English (CNN, BBC etc.) was appreciated. Room and bathroom were very clean and linen changed very frequently. Overall price was reasonable.

We would have preferred a coffee machine (Nespresso or Lavazza) instead of instant coffee sachets. Also bathroom could have been supplied with more toiletries.
