Great location next to all the main lifts and ski schools. Recently refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Good boot room and definitely convenient for skiing in and out.

The sheets don’t fit the beds properly and end up gathering up during the night. No room service. We asked for a packed breakfast on our last morning leaving at 6pm and it was stale rolls, an orange and some old donuts. They tried but it was inedible unfortunately. Not a standard service that was planned for but probably ought to be as other chalets and hires often provide this.

Excelent hotel, with great location in the middle of town, easy to ski back to. Sauna view is worth everything. The hotel has a balcony with restaurant/aprè ski, until 18:30. playing music all day, fun to take a break from skiing. Breakfast was good - basically coffee, fresh juices, cheese, omelette, bacon, yogurt+muzli. The last day there is a storage room, and a shower to use after check out. Ski rental just outside the hotel. And a good pizzeria. Tv in room had movies/music/screen share! Super fun. Recommended!!

Twin beds are a bit small.

Everything about the hotel is great. However the staff are just AMAZING and I mean from the receptionist, to the bar staff, to the cleaners, everyone is just so lovely and polite and reassure ld me that this hotel treat their team very well and nicely. I would 100% stay here and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was amazing

The room size was relatively good, the location is on the slope, and breakfast was another plus. The staff were helpful and amazing! The sauna was very clean and very warm for its size. The massage therapist was professional and helpful for muscle recovery

The ski storage room needs ventilation to refresh the air, especially early morning.

location was amazing, stunning views of the slopes and literally ski to the door, good discount at the hire shop next door too. breakfast was cracking, bar is lovely and the rooms were nice and cosy!

only one really thin pillow on our bed, asked for another twice and they didn’t have any or put any in our room, slept badly as a result, not really what you expect from a 4 star hotel. buffet dinner wasn’t up to much!

great view from the balcony, good breakfast. Room was really good, equipped with anything you need, very-very comfortable bed and pillows. Ski-in is very good and very close to the lifts. there some really good cafes and restaurant nearby the hotel. and for sure - really big plus for nuxe spa and masseuses there - it's recommended 100% to go there after ski day.

1. there were no vegetables in the breakfast (maybe it's not a bit issue for everyone..) 2. cleaning is good but the cleaning staff usually comes too late during the day (there were days when they came after we have already came back from skiing) 3. towels were not changed on the daily basis so we had to ask for it

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was fantastic. Really great bar, friendly service. The hotel was clean and smelled gorgeous!

My pillows were a bit stiff/on the over-stuffed side! May bring a softer one next time but that's probably just me. Wish we could have had a bath but I understand the family rooms have showers rather than baths.

Breakfast was good, but the hotel buffet dinner was EXCELLENT. A wonderful variety of dishes, including local specialties and kid-friendly foods, every night.

Our room for four people wasn't exactly set up for four people. For example, enough towels were provided, but not enough space to hang them all. The bunk bed area did not have its own lighting, so half the room was dark all the time (we relied on flashlights). It felt like a two person room that had bunk beds built in at the last minute.

The breakfast in the hotel was fantastic there was a great selection. I had a massage in the spa the 3rd day of our stay and it was excellent, really relaxing and the hammam and sauna are open to guests any time. The view from the restaurant side of the hotel was amazing and the hotel ski room right beside the slopes was very convenient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly and always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Can't fault the hotel.
