The property is very close to the slopes and the ski in ski out is amazing! very central to everything in town. has a nice restaurant with a bar and a cafe that overlookes the beautiful slopes.

No kettle in the room to make coffee or tea, the rooms are bit smaller then what they actually look on the pictures. Breakfast is ok nothing crazy.

Nice location in the center of Val Thorens. The room is compact and a bit basic, but sparkling clean and comfortable - fully corresponds to the price we paid. The Ski room has enough space and a direct exit to the slope. Excellent view of the mountains and a cozy balcony. Breakfast was good enough even didn't change during the whole week. The restaurant in the hotel is very tasty, but a bit overpriced. (Anyway there are many other options for dinner because of the center location). The hotel offers a sauna for free and it could be fully privatized (even only for 30 min session).

Ski-in/ski-out was declared. In fact - only ski-out exists. To return, you need to walk about 100m. Just a short walk but anyway...

Loved the hotel, location was amazing! Also loved that it wasn't noisy, they have a strict no noise after a certain time which was lovely for us 30+!

Breakfast was limited to coffee and croissant OR french buffet for 15 euro and we werent sure what it was so we stuck to the croissaints or went across the street for breakfast.

Good location, vintage hotel, staff is very friendly and supportive. we were in a high season and booked the junior suite. It was more expensive than we would like but it was atmospheric. It was large, with vintage furniture, with terrace and beautiful view on the 5th flour. There were no electric kettle, cups and glasses but the staff provided them for the first request. The only two things that we would like to have in the room are the shower holder and bath towel hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple (croissants, chocolate buns, bread, jam, butter, honey, nutella, 2 types of yogurt, cheese, salchon, juice, milk, cereals, dried fruits and nuts, granola, milk, several types of tea, boiled eggs, and several types of coffee from the coffee machine. there were no hot food) but enough for one week. The hotel has a restaurant with a great terrace, with great food and service. We are very happy with our stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful - we enjoyed our chats with Anna at breakfast. The hotel gave me a credit for my stay at Christmas which had to be cancelled after the free cancellation period due to French government covid restrictions preventing British travellers entering France - I was able to easily rebook for a holiday at Easter - I am very grateful for the hotel allowing me to do this rather than claim on my travel insurance. The hotel dealt with noisy neighbours seriously and even upgraded us to a piste view room later in the week and allowed a late check out. The food was delicious. The location is great for buying ski hire and lifts passes and for all the local restaurants and shops. The hotel is ski out and the ski locker is a good size. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms overlooking the town can be noisy - I suggest booking a room overlooking the slopes which have amazing views and are very quiet. The hotel isn’t ski in so there is a bit of a walk back to the hotel but this wouldn’t stop me booking this hotel again - it might be more of an issue if I had small children - my teenagers didn’t object to the short walk.

Hotel staff are brilliant, very friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and comfortable, although dated was more than sufficient for a ski trip. Hotel location was brilliant, surrounded with bars, restaurants and shops however no noise! Ski in and out straight into the boot room was also great! I never used the sauna and steam room facilities, but the hotel bar was great and had a buzzing atmosphere.

The only downside was the breakfast options, we knew it was a continental breakfast before booking which was not awful by any means but the option for eggs or a sausage/ bacon sandwich would of been brilliant! Also something I'd have been willing to pay extra for given the overall price was very competitive for Val Thorens.

Family run very French hotel. Owners and staff are welcoming and attentive. Very convent position with easy access to slopes. The traditional French breakfast was very good.

Room was comfortable and kept very clean. a little dated but it’s just as advertised.

The resort is so large that unless you are there for a substantial stay its very unlikely you'll have skied it all by the time you leave. With Val Thorens being the highest resort in the 3 Valleys the snow was better there, and also the level of traffic on the slopes was less due to it being more challenging to get there. Ideal for early season skiing.

There wasnt a huge amount for my daughter to do in the evening, but we had planned for that, and she was fairly shattered so it wasnt a big deal.

Breakfast was good, albeit slightly rudimentary, whilst the bar area and drink selection was wonderful.

Breakfast could be improved with the option of hot food (even if it would cost extra, it would be a good option to have).

The location is amazing! The team members were very helpful, in addition when one of the family members got injured (skiing) they tried to help in any way. The breakfast is sufficient for a day of skiing.
