The hotel is at a perfect location in Vanves Malakoff, near the metro and the "N" regional train station to Gare Montparnasse(5min ride), supermarkets, boulangeries and a carrefour grocery store. During check-in, I was greeted by Miriam who was wonderful and very welcoming. A sweetheart! The rest of the staff was professional and helpful as well. The room was clean with a nice kitchen and a fridge, perfect size for one guest, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a towel radiator.

The WiFI connection was very weak or no connection at all. Very frustrating situation when you have to do some remote work. I tried in another room, same issue with the WiFi connection.

The heated clothing rack in bathroom was very good as it helped dry clothes during the day. The hot and cold water at all times in bathroom and kitchenette was great in the cold weather. The large number of hangers in cupboard helped arrange heavy jackets and coats in cupboard. The balcony was great as it brought fresh air in room and provided a nice view of the neighbourhood. The liquid shower gel and hand wash was mild and good for skin. The hair dryer was great and good quality. The utensils kept in kitchenette were just perfect and adequate for cooking and serving. The dining table and study table were great to keep things, for eating and working.

The Wifi was intermittent as it said 'All Access points are full' or no Wifi, and signal went off frequently. Further, extra garbage bags for kitchen waste could be provided in room itself at times when reception was closed and one needed bags. The lighting on -2 floor for disposing garbage was less which felt unsafe while going alone at night to dispose the garbage in basement. The bed was light which meant it kept moving across the floor at some times.

Nice staff who spoke very good english. Nice and green neighborhood, quite and peaceful with view of the torre Eiffel from one side of the hotel. Plenty of things around such as restaurants, super markets and boulangeries. Private parking at half of the price of what hotel normally ask for. Overall very good relation price/quality.

In the studio there is a kitchenette with many utilities, including a coffe machine and a boiler for tea, however there is no sample and for people that just stay one night it's a pity not finding a couple of tea bags. The room and hotel in general was a bit hot and with no air conditioning. Just a little ventilator in the room not perfectly functioning. Some smell coming from the shower.

Although it seemed far away from the city center, there are plenty of options (train, metro and bus) to get there quickly (~30 min). The neighbourhood was really quite and calm. The room was very clean and confortable. The kitchen had all the basic equipment needed.

The step to get in the shower is a little bit big making it of difficult access. The water pressure could be higher for an easier shower.

The room was neat and clean and beautiful. Bathroom is big enough and had a hair dryer also. The bus stop is near compared to the metro station from the location. The room had a closet also to keep the clothes. There is a balcony also in the room. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, hotplate and all the necessary kitchen items including plate, spoon and fork etc. In the night also we did not face any issue to reach to this location by public transport.

The front desk staff for who was there for first 2 days did not pay attention to a minor issue raised. The other staff was very good.

The hotel is very well connected, it is possible to take the train, the metro or a bus to get there. The room was clean and it had a small kitchen which was very practical. We also liked the breakfast, it was enough to choose from.

The water coming out of the shower was not heating up so we have to ask in the reception for it to be fixed, they did it and we came back at night it was already working. I wish the tv had the option of signing into your Netflix account. We don't speak any french so the tv was not very useful.

The hotel is located in Vanves, a cute and quiet district of Paris. The room was spacy, equipped with all the necessary utilities for a stay. The kitchen and fridge were operational, a lot of the kitchen utensils were provided. So, yes you can easily cook and eat, in the case you have specific dietary requirements or want to save money. The staff was helpful and it was an overall pleasant and chill stay. When it comes to public transport, the hotel is located in close proximity to major monuments. It is always good to keep in mind that Paris is metropolis, so expecting everything in close proximity is quite unreasonable.

The only thing that you could change is maybe add smart TVs, so it is possible to watch netflix on the provided TVs. But, anyway, itis quite a stretch.

The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The amenities are good, and the neighborhood is just perfect: a small supermarket, bus stop and train station in walking distance. Paris is less than 30 minutes away, and so is the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Bonus points: safe parking space for a reasonable price.

Great apartment, 15 min walk from metro, free water and coffee in the lobby, clean, kitchen was well equipped, close to the city center, nice and safe neighborhood. Overall great experience
