Comfortable bed, cleanliness, and really great breakfast. I appreciated getting yogurt which seems rarely offered with breakfast in my experience. Also, the staff was superlative, kind, helpful, and friendly.

Very small bathroom, but this was expected in the older building. It was fine for me because I am not a large person. My husband (6’3” tall, not heavy) seemed to be fine also, however, the bathroom might seem a bit tight for some larger guests. Walk-up (no elevator) might be challenging for some people if you have too much luggage, but this was not a problem for us.

Breakfast was good, fresh fruit & home made yoghurt excellent. Staff excellent & welcoming. Secure parking good. Parking reserved for Hotel use outside the front door to unload, you then have to drive 50m to the secure parking, the street the hotel is on is no through road so you have to reverse out if you are unable to turn round.

No lift, bedroom on 2nd floor.

I arrived late but parking was reserved opposite the hotel. The room was comfortable with a small ensuite shower. There was space to put my luggage and a comfortable bed. Also a plug for phone by the bed. Staff were extremely welcoming in the morning for breakfast which was good.

Minor detail in that the shower was not thermostatically controlled so the water temperature did fluctuate.

The hotel is in a great location for connections with the air-port shuttle to the rail station and future rail connections. The hotel is situated alongside a charming sculpture park. The area is generally quite quiet, despite a main road junction. For a two star hotel, my double room was large neat, clean and very comfortable, with a small balcony. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. There are good bistros and bars nearby.

If you are looking for modern type facilities of Marriott and the likes, this hotel is not for you. But if you are an open-minded traveller who appreciates the old charm and the atmosphere of the place, which fits perfectly the old town of Beziers, you would enjoy staying in this small hotel. It has a perfect location in the old part of the town near the beautiful Park of the Poets, it is clean, and the staff is fantastic, very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

1st floor room overlooking park close to all attractions in this lovely city. No AC, just a desk fan. 2pm check in. Double glazed windows and external motorised shutters. Clean. Good bicycle storage. Probably quiet a good 2star.

Small ensuite with inadequate shower screen. Basic and minimal soaps. Not the hotels fault but a lot of public infrastructure work in progress starting at 9pm and goes on thro the night-bring earplugs.

The hotel is situated between the main railway station ,& the town center, also a fine park is just opposite. The rooms are ,compact, clean & a bit quieter at the back, although front ones face a not very noisy cul de sac. Breakfast was very reasonable.

I disliked nothing, although the hotel doesnt have a lift, which might be a problem for some. A good value hotel.

This is a comfortable hotel in a good location next to the park and a short walk from the railway station and the shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean with comfortable beds and a garden view. The continental breakfast was kindly served in a lovely dining room

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is in an excellent location for travel (train and navette for airport) and also for the facilities in the town. It is an "old-fashioned" traditional hotel. We were surprised to see new owners, but they have kept the same "traditions", for example, home-made yoghourt and cake at breakfast as well as the usual items. They were very friendly and helpful.

Obviously, being an older building there are certain difficulties, for example a steep staircase with luggage to be taken up! The total price seemed quite expensive for a 2-star hotel, but we love staying there.

Beautiful location near a large and lovely park. It is a 15 minute walk (significant uphill/downhill for each trip)to the train station. The host brought my suitcases up to the second floor for me without me having to ask. The breakfast was basic, but also included home made yogurt which was extra delicious!
