The location was excellent, right in the centre of Beziers - and the staff were brilliant and friendly. The bedroom itself was large, with beautiful high ceilings. The room was quiet and comfortable. Other than the issue in the bathroom, it was spotlessly clean throughout. Shower was hot and reasonably powerful. Generally we loved it!

The toilet room was so tiny you could barely sit down and shut the door. And there was a not very clean vent right at eye level as you go into the room - its not the sort of thing I would usually have noticed but the room was so small that it was right in front of you!

The location is super. It's very close to all the attractions in Béziers. The staff are very friendly.

I would like it if there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was no iron in the room or shower cap. These are minor things.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Hotel Imperator. Location, cleanliness and comfort excellent. We stayed in room 103, a very spacious junior suite that looks out onto the hotel courtyard. It was so quiet, air con worked very well and bed extremely comfortable, we slept soundly every night. The one thing I must highlight about this hotel is the reception staff, they are EXCEPTIONAL and we can’t praise them highly enough! So helpful, always pleasant and will go out of their way to ensure all needs met. Huge thanks to Turan for securing our taxi transfer to airport, we were so grateful! We will return to this hotel in future, no question about it and highly recommend to all!!

Right on the door step of the city, fabulous staff who can recommend local restaurants. Comfortable stay. They had storage for my bike in the rear and it seemed like a stop off for many other cyclists. I didn’t go for the breakfast as I’m a little fussy each day so rather get something on the got but told by another hotel stayed it is a nice breakfast

If you’re looking for luxury then this is not the place. There’s nothing not to like about it for the price.

Goid welcome from the staff. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. Sadly the lift was out of order. We were then given a room on the first level. Thid was due to my wife having a problem climbing the stairs. This was dealt with well by the reception.

Excellent location on a bustling square and an amazing bakery a few doors down. The hotel is in walking distance of historical sites and generally walking the streets of this beautiful city.

Although the location is excellent, it is not easy to park a car to unload bags before taking car to parking facility, ( close by but not convenient for loading/ unloading bags. This is in no way a deal breaker though.

Excellent location, very helpful staff who were happy to help us store our bags before checking in. Room was spacious. Check out at midday was excellent. Although on one of the main streets the noise was minimal with the balcony door shut and we slept very well.

You get a small balcony which would be lovely if cleaned up and therefore more usable. This would then make the hotel excellent.

Beziers is a beautiful and historic provincial French town. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the railway station on a charming tree-lined avenue in the centre of the town. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and many little traffic-free side streets to explore. The hotel is clean, modern and very welcoming.

It was all very satisfactory so there is nothing bad to report.

Great location and fantastic staff. The man at the front desk was absolutely fantastic and a real asset to the hotel. He helped us with an early check in and provided us answers to any small questions we had, a map of all the attractions and some tips of where to go and what is on.

The bed was very uncomfortable so we didnt get a good nights sleep.
