super nice staff at reception and house keeping. They are in general very helpful at reception, they guide you well and try to give you with what you ask for as much as they can. Great room, big and clean.

Staff at the restaurant mostly dont know English and they miss understand quite often. I asked for a Georgian beer and they just had one type that was not on the menu, I asked for the price and waiter said max 10 Lari, I ordered so many of it and at the end I had to pay 15 Lari for each Beer!! I ordered Limonite and I got one drink with some sort of herb no lemon in it. And returned it however, I had to pay for it anyway!!! And the picture of food on their menu is so different from the reality!

It seems to be like a new hotel and is already very well structured. The staff was very professional, not to mention how Nani helped us with the refund and took care of our early departure situation. Everything was very well organized overall. The location was very close to the beach, a shopping mall and to the city center too.

The view from the panoramic windows was towards a construction zone, however, we cannot really blame the hotel, as the entire city is in a never-ending construction phase.

I gave 10/10 review because the hotel is really trying very hard to be great, but unfortunately some staff are ruining all other staff work, i dont know her name but she checked us in she is very young ?teen working in the morning time, she was very rude, zero welcoming, i was talking to her and she suddenly picked up her phone to pick up a call???? and the way she talks to us as if like we did something very bad to her personally ? extremely disrespectful and has zero manners in terms of tourism and how to deal with such situations, please change her before lots of other people give 1/10 review because of her.

On arrival the staff was lovely, they received me with a great smile and helped me with all my questions. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfy, I had an excellent night's sleep which I needed. Overall, the room was clean and spacious.

Although they provide free parking, the available spaces are pretty limited and shared with flats located in the same building, so it was unclear where I should park or not and how even to access the parking, to begin with. The toilet, although acceptably clean, showed signs of use and some elements, such as the faucet, were not properly installed.

It's a perfect hotel for many reasons. First of all, the location is quite good, almost in the center of everything. Old town is 15 min walk away and there are very nice pubs/restaurants near by. There is even a big shopping mall very close to the hotel. Staff is very kind, they speak English fluently and almost all of the know Turkish too. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to stay again.

Great rooms with a view from the bed, spacious, clean, everyday they gave us new water and tea. Professional reception. Definitely worth for the price we got.

At breakfast, you will probably find something, but it's really hard to imagine a worse buffet.ü Would be better for the hotel to simply not offer it. Also, they shut off the lights at 11:00 to stress you to leave. Shower temperature was not very constant

The hotel was modern. The breakfast was nice and complete. The restaurant had a complete menu and the quality was good.

The view of the room was the unfinished structure, and the ocean was not that much visible.

There was good selection

The food should be kept warm. Some of the items were not very warm, like the scrambled eggs. The view out of my window was of an unfinished building with a pile of construction debris that had not been removed. Not attractive view looking at a cement foundation with rebar sticking up.
