breakfast does not match the price. there is no choice, what there is ends quickly. Service is delayed, the situation will be very difficult during the season. Checkout was slow

New hotel with modern design & facilities. Cozy room with a beautiful view. Mostly good amenities and perfect bath robes on demand. Thanks a lot for Zura on the reception; he is the best person for this position, and management should value him highly.

The lady in the SPA reception (26 March evening & 27 March morning) was lazy, rude, and deceitful. She only cared about leaving work early, which is why she lied that the spa was supposedly open until 10:30 p.m. (although both the hotel reception and the spa's door clearly said that it was open until 11:00 p.m.). She behaved arrogantly and spoiled the impression of visiting a generally good spa. Also, the ventilation in the room made a strange, loud whistling sound, which made the living room not so cozy :/ Some of the lamps did not work, and I didn’t want to fix it in the evening.

Pros: 1) The staff is hospitable and friendly 2) The amenities in the hotel are good 3) 24 hours cleaning ( or at least you request cleaning not only in the morning) :) 4) Rooms are very spacious.

Cons: 1) Some guy from another room (not a neighbor) could open the door to my room. I raised my concerns with the staff and they seem to have fixed it. 2) I lived with my family (we booked 2 rooms). On floor of the second room, there was really bad smell in the hall ( not in the room though) 3) Breakfast was good, but didn’t have much variety.

My room was really hot so i struggled first 2 nights (after that became good) And also i noticed hand wash and shampoo was almost empty in the bathroom when i checked in, but i asked them to bring a new one and their response quickly I also had a problem with wifi specially in the bedroom there wasn’t connection I hope you work hard on your breakfast option, because unfortunately it was very little options, i stayed 5 nights and i didn’t like the options

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days between 26.11.23-30.11.23 by myself. My room was huge and clean and the view was perfect! I want to thank a few staff members that made my stay beyond perfect- first to Gela- the reason I was even ready to consider a new hotel option in Batumi. Also a huge thanks as well to Gvansa, Anna, Ramin (which makes the BEST coffee!) , the entire crew including those I didn't mention and also the manager, any of you is professional in his way and very kind! definitely will stay again soon! you all made me feel part of your incredible family! I enjoyed using the magnificent spa everyday throughout my stay, I loved the room, the sheets, the white and clean towels and basically everything! how clean and new everything is! The breakfast was diverse and delicious, absolutely amazing! recommend to everyone!

Nothing! Everything was PERFECT!

This is an excellent hotel, fully corresponding to the Ramada standards. Hotel is located near the beach and Batumi stadium; you can easily reach old city by bus or taxi. Rooms are large and bright, bathroom size and amenities are fine, TV set size is excellent, if you are travelling by car, there is underground parking. Staff is very polite and helpful, well trained. Indoor poll is really heated, with very pleasant water temperature. So, highly recommended.

Missing some rooftop bar, it will be excellent view to Batumi.

The staff were genuinely warm, friendly and helpful they offered all kinds of assistance not limited to early check in and helping me understand the labels on medicine when I got sick. The gym and sauna facilities are fantastic and I had several massages during my stay.

The cost of laundry was very very high and charged per item. The price was not a surprise as it was clearly shown, however I have stayed at other hotels in Georgia which charge per kg rather than per item and it is a much more reasonable way to charge for this service.

Great location, spacious rooms, very clean, cozy atmosphere, nice view, proper diameter tv.

Some toilet fixtures were broke(toilet shower), breakfast was just ok, internet was very very bad we almost didnt have connection, sometimes you can open social media, sometimes even not, impossible to work. Even though our mobile data was not working in the room so not sure what is the issue with the room or in general, because wifi was working down in the lobby, and mobile data as well

The swimming pool is 1.5 m (not suitable for the children) The lady who was at the spa reception (23-6-2024) at 8:00 PM was very rude with the guests of the hotel... She spoke impolitely with bad words.... Actually, she is different from all the lovely staff in the hotel .

New Hotel, perfect location, very friendly staff

Check in at 14:00, they wanted to let us wait until 16:00 because rooms wasn’t ready! We didn’t accept that, it’s not our problem that the guests before us payed for delayed check out. Breakfast is 7/10, they need to refresh it
